★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been this place many times because my parent likes getting gift box here. I tried their Tsubura mochi for the first time and the cashier offered us to be seated in the restaurant area. So I didn't notice they serve food there! I knew their building is beautiful Japanese architecture but I was impressed by that interior is decorated with traditional Japanese crafts. Everything is pretty amazing about Taneya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the vegetarian set (2000yen) and it tastes amazing!! One of the best vegetarian food i have ever tried in Japan! The service is top notch and the waitresses were so kind to me. On the first floor, there are varieties of souvenirs and a special dessert that looks like takoyaki, but its not! I got 2 for 160yen and I was served with a cup of hot tea. Great experience and i highly recommend to people who want to experience an authentic Japanese meal.
