I had a relaxing coffee while looking at the spacious green lawn square and the pond ☕ It's a nice place.

少し独りになりたいときや、自然のせせらぎを感じリラックスしたいときにおすすめです。
近くに素晴らしい温泉もあり癒しのスポットです。
I went to a huge open space right next to it.
Recommended when you want to be a little alone or when you want to feel the babbling of nature and relax.
There is also a wonderful hot spring nearby and it is a healing spot.

誰でも利用可能です(^-^)
食べ物持ち込み可能でキッズスペースもあります。
解放時間は10時～17時。
火曜定休日。
もっと家から近ければ毎日利用したいくらい凄くいい施設ですよー。
ただ駐車場からちょびっと歩きます、冬は雪も深いので利用するのは大変かも。
The inside of the building is very beautiful and comfortable with air conditioning! Thank you for entering WiFi!

You can bring your own food and there is a kids space.
Release time is from 10:00 to 17:00.
Closed on Tuesdays.
It's a very nice facility that you want to use every day if you are closer to your house.
However, I walk a little from the parking lot, and it may be difficult to use it because the snow is deep in winter.

The view is good. Wi-Fi is flying. Lunch boxes, snacks, and bring-in are possible. Kawaguchi Onsen is near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園が一望できる高台にある。各種ドリンクは店内だけでなくテラス席（ベンチ）でも頂けるのでペット連れでも安心。トイレも新しく綺麗。震災関連の資料は少なめで、資料館という雰囲気ではない。キャンプ場の受付所。

芝がとても綺麗で
ピクニック広場と書いてあるが
それなら 焼き立てパンやサンドイッチなんか
売ってれば 買って芝の上で食べたり出来るけど なんかビミョーな施設
なんか物足りない ビミョ〜なんだよね
景色や芝が綺麗なだけ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小休憩に良いところです。冬は駐車場も狭く大変ですがWifiもあり、もう少し上の木沢集落に行く途中の道では雄大な越後三山が展望できます。
It's a good place for a short break. In winter, the parking lot is small and difficult, but there is Wifi, and you can see the magnificent Echigo Sanzan on the way to the Kizawa village, which is a little higher.
