犬は入れない広大な芝生、人工の川、小さなお子さんでも遊びやすいアスレチック、ここからは有料ですが水族館、鉄道博物館、綺麗な庭が眺められる朱雀の庭、チンチン電車、冬場はアイススケート等家族で訪れるには最高の場所です。
飲食店も多く手ぶらでも大丈夫ですが、芝生でお弁当食べるのも気持ち良さそうです。
喫煙所が西と東の入り口、七条通りから入る真ん中にある為、タバコのポイ捨ても見かけません。
京都駅からバスは出ていますが、可能なら歩いたほうが早いと思います。
 When the weather is nice, I often take my dog with me.
A vast lawn that dogs can't enter, an artificial river, an athletic that is easy for small children to play, an aquarium, a railway museum, a Suzaku garden with a beautiful garden, a chinchin train, ice skating in winter, etc. Great place to visit.
There are many restaurants and it's okay to eat empty-handed, but eating lunch on the lawn seems to be comfortable.
Since the smoking area is in the middle of the entrance from the west and east entrances, Shichijo-dori, you can't see littering of cigarettes.
There is a bus from Kyoto Station, but I think it's faster to walk if possible.
