予約は、待ち時間を少なくするものかと思いますが、それが意味をなしていない。予約の時間から1時間待つ必要があるなら予約の仕組みを考え直したほうが、患者志向の病院だと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性がめちゃくちゃ声が小さくて、やる気がなさそうです。説明もモゴモゴ、聞き返してもそのまま無視。病院での指示を聞き取れないなんて怖すぎるので、「聞こえません」「もう一度お願いします」と2度言って、やっと聞き取れる声で言い直してくれました。2度通院しましたが、2度ともそうです。ちなみに私は耳が遠くなる年齢でもありません。
先生は普通より親切めです。受付の人の態度に気付いてないのかも知れません。
