天台宗のお寺で命府山理生院龍台寺といい、霊場第五番札所になります。
御本尊は延命地蔵菩薩です。
江戸時代は調布・深大寺の末寺で久本八幡宮など、久本村四社(八幡宮・杉山上社・杉山下社・神明社)の別当寺でもあった。
本堂は明和六年の上棟で五間四面の入母屋造り銅板葺きで、天井には彩色の飛天図が描かれている。
川崎市域では数少ない江戸時代の仏堂です。
境内には毘沙門堂があり、毘沙門天と霊場御本尊の不動明王を祀っています。

In the Edo period, it was also a bespoke temple of four companies of Kumotomura (Hachimangu Shrine, Sugiyama Josha, Sugiyama Shisha, Shinmeisha), such as Kumoto Hachimangu Shrine at Chofu / Jindaiji Temple.
The main hall is the upper wing of Meiwa 6 years, with a bronze-made copper plate with five sides, and a colored flying sky chart on the ceiling.
It is one of the few Edo-era Buddhist temples in Kawasaki city.
There is Bishamon-do in the precincts, and it enshrines Bishamonten and the Fudo Myoo of the sacred ground Gohonson.

創建年代等は不詳ですが、かつては龍台院理生寺と称していたといい、慶安2年（1649）以降に理生院龍台寺と改め、良瓣（延宝9年=1681寂）が中興したといいます。境内に、享保21年(1736)銘の青面金剛庚申塔、文政5年(1822)銘の庚申供養塔(文字)、年不詳の文字庚申塔があります。

The date of its foundation is unknown, but it is said that it was once called Ryutaiin Ryutai-ji Temple, and after 1649, it was changed to Ryutai-in Ryutai-ji Temple, and Ryoho (Enpo 9th year = 1681 loneliness) was promoted. It is said that it was done. In the precincts, there are the Shomen Kongo Koshinto, which is inscribed in Kyoho 21 (1736), the Koshinto Koshinto (character), which is inscribed in Bunsei 5 (1822), and the character Koshinto, whose year is unknown.
