★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開院からクッソ混んでます。３時間くらい待たされました。
・待ち時間がとにかく長い
・診察は先生によって当たり外れがある
・視能訓練士の方の対応がとにかく雑
・受付は普通（先生と視能訓練士がひどすぎてマシに見える）
基本、患者を一人でも早く捌きたいがために一つ一つの対応が雑です。
先生と視能訓練士と受付との情報共有が全く取れてません。
コンタクト処方以外で用事があるなら別の病院に行かれることを強くすすめます。
 Kusso is crowded from the opening of the hospital. I was kept waiting for about 3 hours.

Share information with the reception and the teacher and the orthoptist is not at all balanced.
It is strongly recommended to be to go to another hospital if there are errands in other than the contact prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同ビルのコンタクト屋と提携してるので、コンタクト処方のため行きました。視力みてくれるお姉さんは無愛想で業務的で怖かったです。受付のお姉さんは優しくて丁寧に対応してくれます。診察は副院長先生でした。一見怖そうですが、子供にも気さくに対応してくれるおじさんでした。余談の話がやや多いかな。
口コミがあまりよくないので、コンタクト以外は他のとこに行こうと思います
I went for a contact prescription because I partnered with a contact shop in the same building. The older sister who saw my sight was unfriendly, professional and scared. The sister at the reception is gentle and polite. The consultation was with the Deputy Director. At first glance, he seemed to be afraid, but he was an uncle who was willing to respond to children. I wonder if there are a lot of digressions.
Word of mouth is not very good, so I will go to other places except contact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付で周りの人に聞こえる大きさの声で症状を聞いて来て復唱されるのがとても嫌です。院長はまぁ良い人ですが、副院長？はこちらの意見を聞いてくれない。
I don't like hearing the symptoms in a loud voice that people around me can hear at the reception and repeating them. The director is a good person, but is it the deputy director? Does not listen to this opinion.

休日にもやってること以外は魅力なし。
副院長の語口は面白いが嫌いな人は嫌いだろう。
親切な言葉で人を傷付けかねない感じです。
メンタル弱い人はやめておいたほうがいい。
ついでに。。。アイシティからの紹介だと若干検査とかが早い気がします（笑）

There is no attraction other than doing it on holidays.

People who are mentally weak should stop.

I can't recommend it if you want to have a thorough examination such as eye problems, but there is no problem with contact prescriptions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目が赤くなってしまい急遽診てもらったが態度が最悪。一方的に診察を終了して人の話を聞かない。星一つもつけたくないです。二度と行きません。

厳しい口コミが多かったので正直期待せず行きました。これまでたくさんの眼科を受診してきましたかが、受付の方、看護師さん、副院長、みなさんとても丁寧で気持ちよく安心して利用できました。
他の患者さんを担当していた看護師さんからも、コンタクトの説明を丁寧にされているのが聞こえてきました。
予約はできないようですが、平日の昼間に行ったからか空いていてスムーズでした。
コンタクト処方の期限が1年、その処方箋で最大2年分のコンタクト購入ができるのは有難いです。アクセスも良いので、処方箋が切れたらまたこちらにお願いすると思います。

It seems that I can't make a reservation, but it was vacant and smooth because I went there during the daytime on weekdays.
I am grateful that the contact prescription has a one-year deadline and that I can purchase contacts for up to two years with that prescription. Access is also good, so if your prescription runs out, I'd like to ask you again.

いつも待ち時間長すぎ。
前回は2時間、今回は1時間半待ち。
一旦外に出て待っていても大丈夫だが電話やメールでの呼び出し通知は行っておらずこのコロナ渦人が多い待合室で基本順番を待たなければならない。
いつも混んでいるので余程の名医がいるのかと思い口コミみたけどそうでもなさそう。
とりあえず処方箋もらいに行くだけでこんなに並ぶのは正気の沙汰ではないので別の近くの眼科に行ったら1分で検査受けられたので
次回からは別にします。
正直なんでこの眼科はいつも混んでいるのか謎で仕方がない。
