★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔片目の視力が急に落ちた為受信しました。
結果は角膜の傷で軽傷だったんですが、
先生が怪しいからもう少し検査させてと念入りに調べてくれたところ網膜剥離をしかけていました。
症状もなく自分ではわからなかった為、紹介された大学病院では数年で完全に剥がれ見えなくなってたと思うと言われておどろきました。
他の眼科に行った時は聞かれていないことは調べられないと断られた経験があったため、先生にはすごく感謝しています。
引越し先で良いところがなかなか見つからないためこういう病院が近くにあったら…と思い投稿しました。
改めてありがとうございました。

その分待ち時間は長くなるので余裕時間は考慮したほうが良いかもしれません。

処方される目薬の点眼のタイミング等については、保育園に通っている、1日に何回なら点眼できる、などこちらの都合を考慮してくださいます。
受付や中のスタッフの方たちも皆さん親切に対応して下さりありがたいです。
予約制ではないので、朝行ける時は診療時間の10分、15分ほど前に並び始めるとスムーズに入れます。今はわかりませんが以前伺った際は診療時間の10分ほど前から中で待てた記憶です。

問題は受付にいるおばさま。
私は持参する保険証が間に合わず、保険証の代わりになる用紙を受付に出したのですが、待合室にいた私のところまでやってきて、他の患者がいる前で、「保険証の名前、違うんだけど！」と大声で言って来られました。名前が違うのは夫の扶養に入った為で、その女性は用紙をよく読みもせず、突き返しに来ました。事情を説明すると、「ああ結婚したの！」と、知り合いにでも話しているような口調で謝罪もなく引っ込んでいきました。
また、別の日には処方箋を渡されるときに「こんなギリギリに来たら、クリエイトさん開いてませんよ！」と言ってきた。何故そんな責められるような言い方をされなければならないのでしょうか。教えてくれたつもりなのてしょうが、そらなら別の薬局をすすめるなり、クリエイトさんの営業時間を教えてくれるだけで結構です。診療時間内に来院したのに、それを責められる謂れはありません。（薬局の方も診療終了時間より早く休憩時間に入ってしまうのはいかがなものかとも思いましたが。）
