★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャッターが開いた姿を見たことはない。
が、店先の喫煙スペースにはいつもたくさんの人がいる。
自販機がいくつもあり、シャッター内のお酒自販機は朝6時～23時まで使えるそうです。
店横にポスト、公衆電話もありました。

しかし、灰皿を設置したり座れる椅子を設置したりと、人が密集する場所をわざわざ作るというのは迷惑なのでやめて欲しいです。
路上喫煙をしているので当然マスクはしていませんし、大人数でマスクを外しながら楽しそうに大声で話す学生さんや、郵便物に匂いがつくのも構わずに近くのポストの真横で吸う人さえいます。
溝の口も昔は灰皿を設置している所が多数ありましたが、今では駅近くのタバコ屋ですら撤去しています。
川崎市路上喫煙防止対策により厳しくなったというより、指定場所以外での路上喫煙が禁止になったからです。
指定の喫煙所も周りの迷惑にならないように仕切りもあるしっかりと囲われたスペースです。
禁止されているので今まで設置していた所も対策に協力して撤去しています。
今では指定場所以外で灰皿は設置されていません。
そのくらい全体的な喫煙のルールが変わりました。
喫煙者にとっては嬉しいかも知れませんが、周辺が路上喫煙防止重点区域であるようにとても多くの通行人が通ります。
単に灰皿を設置しているからという話ではありません。
複数の灰皿や座るスペースがあるように指定場所以外で喫煙所を作っているという事です。
指定場所のように仕切りがあるわけでもありません。
禁止になった事で溝の口全体が協力せざるを得なくなり灰皿の撤去をした中、なぜルールを破り仕切りも何もない喫煙所を作った行為が許されるのか。。私にはわかりません。
