★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族の記念日で久々に訪れました。一度は変な方向に行ったフィオーレだけど、お店がいい方向に生まれ変わっていました。席もほぼ満席で、しかも前よりも美味しい！！このクオリティである限り、通い続けます！！

The most delicious Italian food in Mizonokuchi. The inside of the store is large and calm, so you can relax by yourself. You can eat course meals at a reasonable price. と心配していたところ、居抜きで入られたアンリフィオーレさん
フィオーレの森の主幹テナントのためか、フィオーレの名前は付きますが経営は別の方だそう
昔からいらっしゃるソムリエさんが明るく迎えてくれるので、再スタートに至るお話を聞かせていただきました。
シェフは可愛らしいエプロンで個性的な方かな、、？と思いつつ、気さくに話しかけてくださいますし、実際のお料理もしっかりしたソース、食材をセレクト眼、華やかなお料理の数々を何度か頂いてこれでフィオーレもう大丈夫だなと思いました。
丁寧で繊細、ああ美味しいなぁとしみじみ出来ちゃいます。
近所の隠れ家パティスリー、星のサロンがドルチェ提携されているみたいで、スイーツのワゴンイベントとのコラボ、クリスマスの特別ディナーなど楽しいイベントも精力的に開催されていて素敵なお店です。
