おかわりは、ご飯・味噌汁のみ。キャベツは出来ない。
自分でよそったりするのではなく、カウンターに持って行って店員に注文となっている。
ポテサラ、お漬物はどこにもない。
とんかつは、脂身が少なめのせいか、他のようにジューシーな肉汁があふれ出てくるということはない。
全体的に柔らかめであるが、端っこはかたいところがあった。
味は、とてもあっさりした感じで、くどいソースを付けるより、塩や醤油がよく合った。
キャベツは細目でしなびた感じではあるが、味は特に悪くはない。ドレッシングは2種類選べるが、にんじんドレッシングの方がとても美味しく、おかわりしたかった。味噌汁は、安っぽくて味も同様。しかもぬるかった。
ごはんは国産（普通では？）とのことで、粒がつぶれたり、べちゃべちゃということもなく、普通に美味しかった。漬物があればもっと良いのだが。
店内は、こういった店では仕方ないが、テーブルにソースの乾いたものがついていたりと少々汚れが目立つ。
店員が食後に拭きに来るわけではないので、消毒と掃除のため、用意してある雑巾を取りに行く必要がある。
相対的に、まあ安いし、安心もまずくはないので、機会があればまた利用したいと思う。
数ヶ月後に再度利用。コロナが下火になったので、調味料が机に準備されていた。
料理は、味噌汁の質がとても良くなり、以前はお代わりする価値があるか考えたのが嘘のよう。これは本当に嬉しく感じた。
ご飯も、炊き加減や柔かさなど全体的に向上し、大盛を頼んだのにお代わりしてしまった。
ここに通ったら肥えてしまうだろう。
衛生面は、以前よりは良くなった。店員がよく拭きに来ていて、机に目立つ汚れはない。ただ、壁などもたまには拭く必要があると思う。
店員も感じが良く、気持ち良く食事が出来た。

Instead of wandering around by myself, I take it to the counter and order it from the clerk.
There is no potato salad or pickles anywhere.
Tonkatsu does not overflow with juicy gravy like other pork cutlets, probably because it has less fat.
It was soft overall, but the edges were hard.
The taste was very light and the salt and soy sauce went well with it rather than adding a savory sauce.
The cabbage is fine and wrinkled, but the taste is not particularly bad. There are two types of dressing to choose from, but the carrot dressing was more delicious and I wanted to refill it. Miso soup is cheap and has the same taste. Moreover, it was lukewarm.
The rice was domestically produced (usually?), So the rice was delicious without being crushed or messy. It would be better if there were pickles.
The inside of the store can't be helped in such a store, but the table is a little dirty with dry sauce.
The clerk does not come to wipe after meals, so you need to go get the rag you have prepared for disinfection and cleaning.
It's relatively cheap, and it's not bad, so I'd like to use it again if I have a chance.
Will be used again in a few months. As the corona went down, seasonings were being prepared at the desk.
As for cooking, the quality of miso soup has improved so much that it seems to be a lie to wonder if it was worth replacing. I was really happy with this.
The rice was also improved overall in terms of cooking and softness, and I asked for a large serving, but I replaced it.
If you go here, you will get fat.
Hygiene is better than before. The clerk often comes to wipe it, and there is no noticeable dirt on the desk. However, I think it is necessary to wipe the walls once in a while.
The clerk also felt good and was able to eat comfortably.
