★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごはんやをフラフラ探しててたまたま入ったお店。
頼んだのは味玉肉つけ麺。
店の隣の製麺所で作ってる麺自慢っぽかったので、まず最初に1本そのまま食べてみるとツルツルの食感で小麦の香りが凄い。
タレに浸けて食べても最後に残るのは麺の香りでした。
これはお見事。
タレも旨味調味料なし・・・と書いてましたが意外に濃厚で美味しい。
良く麺に絡むし相性バッチリですね。
お肉はそのまま食べても豚バラな旨味はありますがやっぱりタレにくぐらせた方がより美味しかったです。
スープの中にも厚切りベーコンみたいなチャーシューがあり、脂身の甘さが合って美味。お肉はこっちが好みでした。
玉子は半熟トロトロですが味はついてないかも。
最後はスープ割をして、最後のの最後にカレー粉を投入。
匙一杯でかなりカレーになりました。
何気に麺をすすった後に飲むお水が美味しかったです。

 I happened to be in a shop looking for rice.
I ordered Tsukemen with Ajitama meat.
I was proud of the noodles made at the noodle factory next to the store, so when I first tried eating one as it was, it had a smooth texture and the aroma of wheat was amazing.
The last thing that remained after dipping it in the sauce was the aroma of the noodles.
This is wonderful.
I wrote that the sauce has no umami seasoning, but it is surprisingly rich and delicious.
It's a perfect match for noodles.
Even if the meat is eaten as it is, it has a pork-like flavor, but it was more delicious when it was passed through the sauce.
There is also char siu like thick-sliced bacon in the soup, and the sweetness of the fat matches and it is delicious. I liked this meat.
The egg is a soft-boiled egg, but it may not have any flavor.
At the end, split the soup and add curry powder at the end.
It became quite curry with a spoonful.
The water I drank after sipping the noodles was delicious.
It was a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生初の山形上陸ということでまずは手始めに駅付近のラーメン屋を検索しましたところこのお店に辿り着きました。素人には厳しめのGoogleマップの店名と現地での店名の表記の違い?お店の看板は「めんどーだ」と書いてありました！(少し違うかも)
コロナ対策バッチリで検温すると店主さんかな？が「検温ありがとうございます！」と優しいお出迎え?
肉つけ麺を頼んだのですが、他の皆さんが書いておられますがツルツルで喉越しよかったです。スープは結構しっかりしておりましたが私は大好きでした。違うんだけど、三田製麺を思い出すお味でした。伝わりますかね。
山形には仕事でくることがあると思うのでまた寄ります！
As it was the first landing in Yamagata in my life, I first searched for a ramen shop near the station and arrived at this shop. For amateurs, the difference between the strict Google Maps store name and the local store name ? The signboard of the store was written as "Mendo"! (Maybe a little different)

I ordered meat tsukemen, but as everyone else wrote, it was smooth and smooth. The soup was pretty solid but I loved it. It's different, but it tasted like Mita noodles. Can you tell?

刻みたまねぎや、焼きかまぼこなんかが入ってて八王子ラーメンみたいな風貌。
どーれどれどれ❗️とレンゲでスープ……あれ？このラードすんごい臭い……良い意味で臭い？んじゃなくてすえたにおい……
自家製麺の麺のちゅるちゅるさ、味は問題無いのに、こりゃ脂のせいで台無し……日中すんごい暑かったせいかな…がっかり

Order "Triton Chinese noodles"
It looks like Hachioji ramen with chopped onions and grilled kamaboko.
Soup with ❗️ and lotus …… that? This lard smells great ... smells in a good way? It smells like it's not ...
The taste of the homemade noodles is fine, but it's ruined by the fat ... maybe because it was so hot during the day ... I'm disappointed.

Ordinary. In Tokyo, similar shops are numerous, but in Yamagata I cant find Tsukemen (thick soup aside from noodles) shops easily.
As for changing the taste, curry spice is ready.
