★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三連休の最終日という、山形駅前のかなりの数の居酒屋が休みになる日に行きました。開いていて感謝。
年季の入った店内。相方が「ウチのお祖母ちゃんの家ぽい」と表現したように、ホッとする雰囲気。
人気の馬刺しとスジ煮をいただきました。馬刺しは綺麗な赤身、そしてにんにくと卵の黄身が入ったタレが特徴。いやー美味い！しかもこのタレをツマにつけるといい肴に笑一粒で二度美味しいとはこのこと。
すじ煮は柔らかいのはもちろん、味付けも私好みで○♪
飾り棚がちょーっと汚れてたのは残念ポイントでしたが、許容範囲。また行きます。
