全粒粉の麺は冷たいラーメンには珍しく、わしわし系の麺になります。
冷たいラーメン大好きですが、この麺で暖かいラーメンも食べたくなります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷たいらーめんが旨かったので、夜に新しいらーめんを食べてみました。
おすすめが[えび辛ぶっかけ]とのことなのでオーダー。
手作りと言う食べるラー油もあまり辛くなくて、食べやすく美味しかったです。
最後にスープを割って飲んでみましたが、お酒飲んだ後にはいいかも。

塩と醤油をオーダーしましたが塩の方が美味しかったです^^
