★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形駅前の飲み屋街にあるラーメン屋さん。ネギ味噌ラーメン頂きました。ラーメン目的より、呑んだ後の〆のラーメン屋さんかな。
A ramen shop in a bar in front of Yamagata station. I had green onion miso ramen. Rather than the purpose of ramen, I think it's a ramen shop after drinking.

味噌ラーメン他、しょうゆ、担々麺等（とんこつラーメン以外（休止中とのこと））を食べたが、どれも美味しかった。ネギ味噌ラーメンがお気に入り。他の人のレビューを見ると餃子も美味しいとのことなので、次の機会にでも注文してみたい。

I ate miso ramen, soy sauce, dandan noodles, etc. (other than tonkotsu ramen (which is said to be inactive)), but they were all delicious. I like green onion miso ramen. Looking at other people's reviews, it seems that dumplings are also delicious, so I would like to order at the next opportunity.

雨の降る平日の22時頃に訪問。先客は5組程度。
初めての訪問だったので、鉄板のみそラーメンをオーダー。合わせて、自家製焼き餃子をチェック。
5 分程で提供。よく炒められた野菜と味噌の匂いが食欲をそそる。
雨で冷えた身体にスープを一口、うん美味い。これは間違いない味。
スープは濃いめだがピリッとした心地の良い味。麺は加水率高めのツルツル。野菜は欲しい野菜が全て入っている。
1番驚いたのは餃子の焼き加減。まさに完璧。カリッとした表面、柔らかい裏面、これぞ餃子。ただ、餡にはもう少し肉が欲しい。
日常的に行きたくなるお店だか、値段が少々高め。コスパという面で、星3つにしました。全体的に1割下げて欲しいところ。
Miso ramen, dumplings
Visited around 22:00 on weekdays when it rains. There are about 5 pairs of customers.
Since this was my first visit, I ordered miso ramen on an iron plate. Also, check out the homemade gyoza dumplings.
Served in about 5 minutes. The smell of well-fried vegetables and miso is appetizing.
A bite of soup on the rain-chilled body, yeah delicious. This is definitely a taste.
The soup is thick but has a spicy and pleasant taste. The noodles are smooth with a high water content. Vegetables contain all the vegetables you want.
What surprised me most was how the dumplings were grilled. Just perfect. Crispy front side, soft back side, this is dumplings. However, I want a little more meat for the bean paste.
It's a shop you'll want to visit on a daily basis, or the price is a little high. In terms of cost performance, I gave it three stars. I want you to reduce it by 10% overall.
