1人でお店を切り盛りしているようです。
笠間方面は駅から離れるとあまり飲食店が無いので、重宝します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構前にこの店いきました。店に入ると飯時なのに人がおらずちょっと嫌な予感はしたのですがとりあえずチャーシュー麺頼みました。頼んで15分かからないくらいでチャーシュー麺がきて食べてみたら、、はっきり言って美味しくなかったです。値段も高かったし… もう行くことはないでしょう。

午前2時までやっているので、呑んだ帰りの〆ラーメンにちょうど良いです。
中華全般のメニューで、紹興酒も置いて有ります。
店内は、テーブル席が4つで、15人ほどで満席って感じでしょうか。
麺類も美味しいし、ご飯物も美味しいので、味は心配ないかと思います。
ほとんど混んでいる時をみたことがありませんが、たまに混んでいるとまではいかないでも、多少、お客さんが多くなった状態だと、注文したものが30分ほど掛かったりするとか、ちょっと信じられない事があったりします。これは要注意。
そのような時は、別のお店に行くとか、日にちを改めるかしましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めて利用しました。昔ながらの透明なおつゆの"中華そば"が出てきます。
サンマーメンを頼みましたが、スープが濁ることなくアツアツの程よいとろみあんかけにからまれた艶のいい野菜やきくらげがラーメンにのっていました。
麺は博多ラーメンよりかはちょい太でストレート、食べやすい硬さです。量も至って丁度いいです。700円でおなか一杯になりました。
弁当買って帰宅するより「かいゆう」で食べたほうが、温かいし安上がりで済むので、また利用したいと思いました。
非常に遅い時間にやってるところも評価高いです。

It's warmer and cheaper to eat at "Kaiyuu" than to buy a bento and go home, so I wanted to use it again.
The place where I do it at a very late time is also highly evaluated.

ランチの支那そば+半チャーハンセットを注文。
手抜き無しの支那そばと、結構な量がある半チャーハンが出てきました。
両方とも、美味しくいただきました。
これで税込み¥680は、お得だと思います。
次回は、餃子とか頼んでみたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてうかがいました。入ってすぐ手指消毒、座席にはアクリル板がそのテーブルの席数に応じて方向を変えて立ててあり、写真の様に感染症予防対策法もメニューとともに置いてあります。酸辣湯麺、野菜タンメンをいただきました。餃子は、少し小ぶりですがちょうど良く、湯麺のボリューム、辛さも満足出来る味でした。
