深夜05時まで寄れる事を考えると、とても便利で味も言うことなし。豚骨の匂いは他の家系よりもむしろ強くて、九州のラーメンのようです。塩味がやや強いスープですが美味しいです。ホウレンソウも多め。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンのスープに臭みが残っており、大半の人は臭みが気になって低評価をつけると思う。ごく一部の臭みを好きな人がレビューで高評価をつけていると思われる。もしくは本当に美味しい本物の家系ラーメンを食べた経験の無い人が絶賛しているのかもしれない。ただ大半の人はこの臭みを嫌うと思う。手を抜いてスープを作っていると思われても仕方がないレベルで臭い。よほどマニアックな人でない限り好きにならないと思う。それでも客足が途絶えない理由は時短営業せずに深夜まで営業しているから。時短営業がなくなれば、客は離れると思う。どうしても夜遅くにラーメンが食べたくなって、臭みの取れていないスープでも良いという人だけが行くべき。それ以外の人は行っても後悔すると思うし、二度と行かないと思う。一般的な人気の家系ラーメンと比べると格下扱いになる味だと思う。余談だがレビューを見ると昼にいる店員さんがとんでもなく可愛いらしい。私は夜に食べに行ったので、純粋に味だけで評価させていただいた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン食べた。塩味普通より薄めがいい。麺はかためより柔らかめが食べやすい。脂は無くても良い。つけ麺930円1.5玉食べた。つけ汁ぬるい。中太面にからまない。最後の決め手は厨房を見ていると、ホールの女の子が壁やら洗い物やらなんやらベタベタ触った素手で、ラーメンのチャーシューを手を洗うわけでも無く、トングなどを使うわけでもなく、ゴム手袋するわけでも無くのせていた！これは衛生的にアウト❗️ここのオーナーはどうかしているぜ❗️二度と行かない❗️オーブンキッチンに近いのに、見られているという意識がない❗️他のクチコミの人達、厨房でまさか不衛生で作られてるなんて想像もしてないから、星四つとかあげてるんだね。よく周りを見ないとね。

入店すると自動券売機が設置してあり、ラーメンの種類からトッピングまで選択できます。
また、ラーメンの好み(麺の種類、固さ、濃さ、油量等)がここで選択できるので、着席後店員さんと会話が苦手な方はとても便利な機能だと思います。
今回は、ラーメン(細麺、固さ、濃さ普通で油少なめ)+から揚げを選択しました。
家系と言うことで醤油豚骨ベースのラーメンです。細麺があるのは嬉しいですね。
油少なめにしたせいかスープはマイルドな感じでした。
から揚げは、1.5口サイズで揚げたてです。
お店の外観は、赤基調の黒文字で結構目立ちますのですぐ分かると思います。

店舗の周りは、スープガンガン炊いた特有のトンコツ臭が漂っていて、食欲が増します。
他系統ラーメンの有名店の名物を意識したと思われるメニュー名が看板に掲げられていて、思わず、普段の食べている系統の銀次郎ラーメンをチョイス。

麺固めをチョイスしたためか、驚きの速さ着丼。
分厚いザク切りチャーシューがキャッチーな、二郎系でも二郎風でもない、個性的な盛りでした?
チャーシューに隠れた野菜は、ネーミングとの整合性がイマイチな超控えめで拍子抜けしました。
野菜がそれなりに盛っていれば、看板のサブネームどおり＂ガッツリ系＂になりますよ。
麺は、香りや歯応えが良く美味い。
チャーシューも、ホロホロで美味い。
スープは… 至って普通。
他の銀屋はどうなのか？？
気になるので、近々に他店を攻めてみます。
一番目立つ外看板の『朝5時まで営業！』は本当かどうかは定かではありませんが、このご時世で、飲食店は20時に閉めてしまいますが（実際は、19時30分で暖簾を下ろすのがほとんど…）、20時過ぎても普通に開いているのは本当ありがたいことです✌️
