Best Ramen restaurant in japan

A	Ashtyn W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know that I've had much chicken based broth in Soba or Ramen, but it never much appealed to me. The broth here was an explosion of flavor, rich, creamy, savory, slightly salty, with a strong note of chicken and (because the flavor I chose) mild truffle. It sung on my tongue in a beautiful symphony of flavor. Adding the ginger and onion straws in the middle morphed the taste into a slightly tangy slurp that played well with the strong flavor is the truffle. The noodles were a thin-medium size but tender and cooked to perfection. I loved the veggies on top and when drowned in the broth they took on a wonderful accompanying flavor to the rich broth. I'll definitely be back.

K	Kenjiro Yagi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if Ginza Ramen is what you want to eat when you are visiting Kamakura (where it might be more known for shirasu or tempura or some wahu snack), but if you feel like ramen, this is a good one. Restaurant has a upscale/modern feel that would be a great for a date and would please someone that loves IG. The ramen itself looks a little artistic as well. Yellow broth with green/red vegetables. Out of any ramen I had in Japan (quite a lot), their broth was very thick. Are the words rich, fatty, creamy?

One ramen dish has truffle oil in it...which gives it a lovely and strong flavor (maybe too strong for some). Ramen options range from Y1000 to Y1300. A bright and clean dining environment with some style...but somehow it feels to me like a fast food restaurant...where you don't feel comfortable sitting for a long time. The fact that you pay up front adds to this 'fast food' feeling. But if you are after an interesting new interpretation of Ramen, you should certainly give this restaurant a visit.

It was more like super flavorful, rich, creamy, expertly prepared chicken noodle soup (with ramen noodles). I loved it! The bbq chicken with buttered rice and truffle soy sauce was incredible too. I can't wait to go back!
