★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎日挽きたて、打ちたてを提供するお店で近くにある沙伽羅の姉妹店。
メインは田舎蕎麦、蕎麦粉の味がガツンとくる。その他通常の細切り二八にゆず切り等の変わり蕎麦があり、昨日は田舎、ゆず切り、しそ切りの3種が楽しめる三色もりを実食。クオリティーが高い上に、大盛りにしたのもあるがボリュームたっぷり。
室町砂場は赴きのある店内で上品な更科を少しずつ食べる面白さはあったが夕方にはお腹が空いてしまうので、、これぐらい食べ応えがあると嬉しい。とりあえず総合力で赤坂そば部門暫定1位にランクイン。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦やさんですが、蕎麦に辿り着くまでのお料理の数々が美味しすぎて、お蕎麦いただくころにはお腹がいっぱい^^; なのに、食べれてしまうクオリティなのですよね、、毎度のことながら素晴らしいお店です。
It's soba noodles, but the dishes that lead to the soba noodles are so delicious that I'm full by the time I get the soba noodles, but it's a quality that I can eat, isn't it? It's a shop.

「観世水」を訪問。
平日の12時過ぎに到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。
二色もり(せいろと田舎もり) 980円を注文。
程なくせいろ(二八もり)が、
5分くらいで田舎もりが提供されました。
蕎麦つゆはかえしが強くて香り良く
美味しいです。
せいろは喉ごし良く蕎麦つゆ相性良く
旨いです。
田舎もりは香り良く歯応えもしっかり、
旨いです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
