★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かき南ばんそば を食べてみました。店頭で気になるビジュアルだったので、ほんとにふらっと寄ったというところです。
清潔感ある店内で良いですね。お客さん少ないとだらけるお店も多い中、凜としてます。
牡蠣は大粒が5つ。牡蠣だけでもお腹が膨れます?
上品なお味でした。

蕎麦は繊細な中細で適度なコシと舌触り、
つゆは辛すぎず薄すぎず、キレもコクもバランスよく最後まで飲み干してしまいます。
赤坂近辺で美味しい温そばを食べたくなったらここか沙伽羅ですね。
お値段はどちらも少々張りますが。。

入り口で見た期間限定のさくらそばが気になって。
週末のランチ、周りを見ると昼からお酒を飲まれている方もチラホラ。
私もその1人です。
いかの塩辛をつまみながらハイボールを。
この時期、スパークリングワインかハイボールに桜の花びらを入れてくれるとのことであえてハイボールにしました。

さくらそばはお塩で食べて見たら口の中に桜の風味が広がってきました、美味しい！
お塩で食べるお蕎麦はおいしいですね。
最後に桜の花びらが入っている蕎麦湯でほっこり。
接客は丁寧でした。

通し営業で年中無休なのも助かります。
おそばは細いけど香りがあり上品な味わい、うどんもこしがあり意外と美味しいです。うどんは国産小麦粉と塩水だけで打ち上げているそう。
大手うどんチェーン店のような「タピオカ粉入れている」とか添加物が無くて安心です。

タワーへの入り口が地下なので2回上に上がり左後ろへ進むと右側にお店があります。
とても綺麗で雰囲気の良い上品なお蕎麦屋さんです。
個室もあるので会食などフォーマルな食事にもお勧めです。
せいろ蕎麦を頂きましたが、とても香りが良くコシのあるお蕎麦でとても美味しかったです。
江戸前そばはつゆが辛いので、蕎麦を半分だけつけて食べるのがお勧めだそうです。
とても丁寧に作られたのが良くわかる良いお蕎麦でした。
次はトッピングにお勧めの天ぷらを乗せたいと思います。
一緒に頂いたそば茶がとても香りが良くて本当に美味しかったです。
最後につゆをお湯割し飲みましたがとても良いお出汁の味で〆にとても良かったです！
お蕎麦の栄養がつゆに落ちるらしいので最後までしっかりと飲み干すのがお勧めです。
とてもいいお店でした！また伺います。
