M	Masao Kamikodai (いほ) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナーでいただきました。場所柄、お高いかな…と思っていたのですがそれほど高くはなく、とても美味しかったのでコスパは高いと思います。店の存在はレディースファッションのマッシュグループのメルマガを見ていて知ったのですが、流石、店舗はセンス良くこざっぱりとまとめられていました。赤坂というビル群の中なのに窓の外は緑が溢れていて居心地はとても良く、長居したくなる空間でした。 I had it at dinner. K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤坂インターシティの裏側、コロナの時期にひっそりオープンしてたお蕎麦屋さん。お店で手打ちしているようで、食べてみたい！と思って行ってきました。この日はちょっと肌寒かったので、「鶏辛味つけ汁蕎麦」をオーダーしました。（限定に弱い！）これはこれで美味しかったけど、辛味で蕎麦本来の風味が消えてしまったので、もう一度シンプルなもり蕎麦とかとろろ蕎麦とか食べに行きたいなと思います。店内はとても静かで、出来たてなのでお店もキレイです。 A soba restaurant that opened quietly during the Corona period, behind Akasaka Intercity. A	Alexander.T Macqueen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 溜池山王にある手打ちのお蕎麦屋さん。シンプルな落ち着いた店内です。溜池山王で蕎麦を食べるならおすすめです。「せいろ」を大盛りで注文。二段で提供してくれるのも個人的には嬉しいポイント。蕎麦は籾殻が程よく入った感じ。コシと喉越しも良く、ややあっさり目ですが噛めば程よく蕎麦の風味と甘みを感じられます。ツユは少し甘めの江戸の辛ツユといった感じ。バランスが良い。蕎麦湯も出してくれ、割っても味のバランスが崩れず最後まで楽しめるいいツユでした。蕎麦のタイプはほぼ十割蕎麦に近い「外一」とのこと。ツユも良し、蕎麦の風味、喉越し、コシとこれもバランスが良く仕上げられていて、全体的に職人さんの高い技術力と経験を感じました。蕎麦茶を出してくれるのも嬉しい。 A handmade soba restaurant in Tameike Sanno. Tuyu is like a slightly sweet Edo spicy tuyu. Good balance. They also served soba hot water, and it was a good tuyu that you can enjoy until the end without losing the balance of taste even if you break it. The type of soba is "outer one", which is close to 100% soba. The tuyu is also good, the flavor of soba, the throat, and the elasticity are well-balanced, and I felt the craftsman's high technical ability and experience as a whole. I'm glad that they serve buckwheat tea.

s	s watanabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高級感の演出は悪くないですね。大海老と野菜の天ぷらそばをオーダーしました。予想に反して、温かいかけそばと別に盛られた天ぷら。天ぷらが揚げたてで美味しかったので、これはこれで有りだと思いました。ここのつゆは食後に喉の乾かない真っ当なつゆだと感じましたが、おそばは冷たい方が美味しいのかな。でも、あのつゆなら、もう少しコシというか歯切れのそばで食べたいかな。 The production of luxury is not bad.
