★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needless to say, Fuji Soba is a cheap soba place, good for a quick lunch or breakfast. And it's always located near train or subway stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first soba I tried when I reached Tokyo, the soy sauce soup is nice, not to salty. The portion is satisfying, this bowl of Ebi tempura soba cost me 570 yens which I think is totally worth it. One thing I liked about it that the shop open 24 hours, and located just opposite metro station, where I can grab a breakfast/late dinner easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An inexpensive 24hrs eatery above the station. Vending machine style eatery. Although there is no English translation on the vending machine, you could virtually order your food by looking at it's replica outside and order via the number provided. The lone staff at the helm I encountered speaks simple English enough for communication.
Food wise is surprisingly palatable for this kind of touch and go eatery. Quality of course took a back seat but it's not really bad. They serve wide variety of food but soba is their main fare.
Overall a nice place to fill your tummy if you need some soba fix in the middle of the night in Akasaka area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among the millions of Fuji Soba fast noodle shops, I believe this place can be one of the top 10 outlets. As you can see my picture of “Katsu-don curry with Mori soba” Set, they say no lie about its beautiful looking and volume even a bit, and the taste is solid good. Clean and (most) staff are pretty friendly... and it opens 23.25hrs/7!
