★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の年明け株式会社虹プランニングの紹介で夢だったタワーマンションを購入しました。良い物件を紹介され、本当に嬉しい出来事でした。とても対応が気に入ったので、そのあと中古戸建を投資用購入しました。未公開物件でした。すぐ賃貸も決まり管理も任せています。とても安心できる対応で、満足しています。信用できる不動産会社を見つけ仲良くすると、未公開物件などを紹介してもらえるので、良い事が沢山あります。みなさんも試してください。
 At the beginning of this year, I bought a tower apartment that I had dreamed of by introducing Niji Planning Co., Ltd. It was a really nice event to be introduced to a good property. I liked the response so much that I then bought a second-hand house for investment. It was an undisclosed property. Rent is decided immediately and management is entrusted. 自宅兼事務所に出来る物件をずっと探していまして、何ヶ月間幾つかの不動産会社に物件探しをお願いしましたが、最後まで諦めずに尽力を尽くして下さったプロ意識に改めて感謝です！
全ての条件が私の希望通りで、図面が送られてきた時、内見しないで申し込みますと言いました。でも内見はした方が良いと言われて、早速段取りしてもらい、内見してすぐ契約となりました。
契約まで迅速かつ責任感がある流れはとても人に安心感と信頼感を与えてくれました。

All the conditions were as I wanted, and when the drawing was sent, I said that I would apply without looking inside. However, I was told that it would be better to have a preview, so I asked them to set up immediately, and I made a contract immediately after previewing.

最初は大手会社が良いと思ってお願いしましたが、一年経っても売却出来ず、ネットで色々調べて何者が訪問して、秋葉原駅近くの虹プランニングにお願いしました。
すごく話しやすくて、一所懸命さが伝わりました。
売却に当たり色々と良い提案をして頂き、預けて3ヶ月以内に売れました。
