★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の通信業者をNTTに戻す営業電話をたくさんかけてきます。全契約通信会社の解約違約金や、工事代金などを支払うと持ち掛けられ、契約をすることにしました。契約後、翌月返金になると言われましたが、返金はなく問い合わせをするとすぐに手続きをしますと言われますが、8か月たちますが、いまだに返金されません。おそらく返金をしないという指示が出ているのでしょう。お気を付けください。
I make a lot of business calls to return the telephone operator to NTT. I was offered to pay the cancellation penalty for all contracted telecommunications companies and the construction fee, so I decided to make a contract.
