★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店に最近異動した男(上野→秋葉原)営業が詐欺師レベル、不動産キャンセルしたあと、頭金の返金連絡は1ヶ月連絡なし。問い合わせしたら、無言で電話切るわ、メールはシカトするわで、こんな不動産屋から部屋借りる人は可哀想なレベル。
内見中も電話しまくりで10分くらい待たされて、駐車場も少しだからと料金がかからないギリギリのラインで車を止める始末。
The man who recently moved to this store (Ueno → Akihabara) has been a fraudster level, and after canceling the real estate, there is no contact for refund of the down payment for one month. When I make an inquiry, I hang up the phone silently, and I'm afraid to email, so people who rent a room from such a real estate agent are at a pitiful level.
Even during the preview, I had to wait for about 10 minutes by calling, and I stopped the car at the last minute line where there was no charge because the parking lot was a little.
