 Thank you for your polite response while you are busy. Mr. Honda was indebted to me for the property. It was my first time to move alone, so I was very anxious, but I was very grateful for the help in the procedures.

契約も非常にスムーズで、最終的に安心して物件を決めることができました。
I was really worried about the remote preview because I couldn't actually preview it because I moved from a distance, but Mr. Nogami, who was in charge, kindly taught me various things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新居探しにとても丁寧に、かつ迅速に対応していただきました。内見なども即日対応してくださり、サービスとしてはとても良かったです。しかし、後々調べてみたところ仲介手数料を法外の料金を請求されていた為、（仲介手数料は法律上は原則0.5ヶ月です）素晴らしいサービスだった反面少し悲しくなりました。どちらの不動産仲介でもやっていることだとは思いますが、また伺う際はあらかじめ知識を持っていきたいです。
They responded very politely and promptly to the search for a new home. It was a very good service as they responded to the preview on the same day. However, when I looked it up later, I was charged an exorbitant fee for the brokerage fee (the brokerage fee is legally 0.5 months in principle), so while it was a wonderful service, I was a little sad. I think that both real estate brokers are doing it, but I would like to have knowledge in advance when I visit again.
