まだ引っ越し前なので実際の住み心地などはわかりませんが、引っ越し日までに良さそうなお部屋に入居できることが決まり、ホッとしています。
時期や曜日にもよるかと思いますが、私がお願いした時期はお忙しかったようなので、これから利用される方は、飛び込みではなく、行く前にお電話などで予約されたほうがスムーズかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私がこれまで行った不動産屋の中で最低でした。こちらに掲載されているレビューは全て特典目当てで高評価を付けられたものなので信用しない方がいいです。まず、担当者が全くと言っていいほどこちらの話を聞かない。全く聞く気がない。客をなめてます。こちらが必死に要望を伝えても自分の意見を強く押し付けてきます。自分の知識をひけらかしたいのだと思いますが、まず客の意見を聞くのが最優先では？？担当者から猛プッシュされた物件を数件見に行きましたが案の定断る羽目になり、断ったら凄い剣幕で怒鳴られ本当に驚きました。そちらが初めからこちらの意見に添った物件を提案してくれていればこんなことにはならなりませんでしたよ？？こんなことは初めてです。二度と行きませんし、人にも絶対勧めません。

今回探していたエリアが練馬、杉並エリアだったにも関わらず、新着情報やスムーズな内見手配等をして頂き、部屋探しのエリアが遠方でも一切の不安を感じずにじっくりと選ぶことができました。
また、申込から鍵受け取りまでがとてもスムーズでこちらが必要書類等の準備に時間がかからなければ
1週間位で入居できるくらいと思います。
即入居希望の方にはめちゃくちゃオススメしたいです！
(ハードルを上げたい訳ではなく、本当に手続きが早くて、段取りの良さに感動しました。)
これは担当して頂いた、櫻井さんだから成せる技なんだろうと驚愕しました。
また引っ越しをする際は櫻井さんにお願いしたいです。

立地や価格等、条件が厳しい中、自分達に合った物件を親身に探して下さりました。
また、1人で来店する際少し不安でしたが、丁寧に対応して頂き、自分に良さそうな物件・条件に少し合わなそうな物件を的確に判断して、沢山提案して下さりとても安心しました。

zoomで提案を受けられるか聞いたところ無理。理由は対応していないから、ただ内覧はリモートで可能とのこと。あまり良く分からない。
条件面は8万前後、バストイレ別、ベランダは必須でこだわりたい、あと出来ればバイク置ければうれしい。と伝えるも、「あーないと思ってください。なのでバイクはなくてもいいですね？」と。
物件の有る無いは仕方ないが、あまりに意を汲んでくれない営業マンだったためこちらから断りを入れると話し中にガチャ切り。
「高評価のクチコミ書くとキャッシュバック！」などと、表面的な広報戦略を打つのは結構だが、御社は顧客対応等中身を磨かれた方がいいと思います。

制約時に口コミいい評価すると現金が貰えると他の方のコメントにあるので、多分評価がいいのはそのせいですね。

事務所の5Sは最大手さんの方が行き届いている印象はありましたが、タイトなスケジュールや予算の相談は本当に親身に相談に乗って頂けました。
お店とお客という関係より、より良い物件を探す間のパートナーという感じでお付き合いして頂いたので、名より実をとるスタンスの方にはマッチしていると思います。
最終的にはキャンペーン対象物件だったらしく、好条件＋ノベルティでApple Watchまで頂けました！
