木曜日の不定期？で牛タンシチューが食べられます。
11時から列が作られ11時半オープン

タンが分厚い、、、にも関わらず柔らかく素晴らしい食べごたえでした。
結構お腹きついかなと思いましたが、脂の質がいいからか、最後までおいしくいただけました！食べ終わったあとも、あんなに食べたとは思えないほどすっきり！！

10年以上通っていますが、絶対に食べて欲しいオススメは

・ネギ塩タン
・ネギ塩ハラミ
・上レバー（塩）
・ハラミの煮込み
です！
締めのご飯物は白味噌味の白玉雑炊がちょっと濃い目の味付けで好み。
店名の通り、タンは特に絶品ですので一通り食べてみて好みに合う物を探してみるのも良いですね。

感動するレベルだと思いますが
結構普通なので期待し過ぎは、、、。
全体的に脂きつめなので口直しにグリーンサラダ、、とはなりません。ゴマ油おおめなのでお気をつけくださいませ?白ネギはいい役目?
麦飯で中和したほうが宜しいかと?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍になってから初めて行ったので通常営業がわかりませんが、だいたい16時の予約で何度か行っています。焼肉屋さんは空気循環の良さと、他のお客さんとの距離が保てるので安心して食事が出来ます。
たん清さんの牛タンは安定の美味しさで、牛タン好きにはたまりません。
カップに入ったネギも網で焼いて、お肉に乗せて食べるのが好きです。
牛タンばかりが推しのような店名ですが、ハラミもロースも美味しくて、特に厚切り特上ロース、上ロース美味しさは驚きました。味付けがとても好み！他の焼肉屋店ではロースは頼みませんが、ここのロースは必ず食べます。牛タンの存在感が霞むくらいです。
2時間入れ替え制で、スタッフさんの動きもテキパキしていて感じも良く、気持ち良く食事が出来ます。腹いっぱいうまい肉食って今日もいい一日だったぜ！と満足して帰れます。きっと。
