ドームでライブ鑑賞の帰りに立ち寄りました。日曜日の時間は21時半に近かったので、先客はお一方でした。 つけ麺をいただきましたが美味しかったです。1杯を丁寧に仕上げていらっしゃいました。つけ汁も濃厚な口当たりながら、後味はさっぱりでした。美味しい。 辺りは閉店の時間帯でしたから私と同じく家路につかれる前に温かいラーメンを求めて続々入ってきました。 また、近くに来たら寄りたいと思います。

神保町駅を降りて歩いて数分の幹線道路沿いにこちらのお店があったので早速訪問することにします。 お店に入って券売機で特製ラーメンの大盛りをポチリ。 さて、食券を店員さんに渡して待つこと5分程度で着丼です。 とってもボリューミーなビジュアルです。具材は、野菜(もやし、ネギ)とシナチク、そして種類が違うチャーシューがどっさり特にこちらの大きくスライスされたロース肉が最高です。 麺は、中細のちぢれ麺。ゆで具合も良い感じで、ほどよくかための良い食感です。スープとよく絡むというより、よく染みてるといった印象。 スープは真っ黒。しょっぱそうと思いきや意外とすっきり、甘みもあっていけますね。ショウガを少しずつとかしながらピリリとした風味を楽しみます。また、卓上にあった刻みたまねぎを入れて食べるとシャキシャキした食感が良い感じですね。

最初は真っ黒なお汁に驚き‼️食べたら美味い醤油ラーメンで、チャーシューが辺り一面に散らばってる。麺は僕の好きな太麺ちぢれでした。

約10年ぶりの再訪で「肉そば総本山神保町けいすけ神保町店」へ。 「肉そば背脂(900円)」と名物の「エッグライス(360円)」を注文。 スープは濃い目でほんのり甘くニンニクが効いておりパンチのある美味さ。 富山ブラックに近い味わい。 麺は中細でスープとの相性良し。 具材のチャーシューは豚バラと豚ロースで噛みごたえのあるしっかりしたチャーシュー。 エッグライスはトロトロ玉子の下に角切りチャーシューとタレがかかっており箸が進みます。 ご馳走様でした。

More is better, here apparently. Ordered the one with lots of toppings. It came with tons of (3 kinds of ) pork. The chopped pork was tasty but the slices were all under-seasoned. The miso soup was good but the shoyu soup was just blunt and strong. Also, the meat covered up the sprouts and onion underneath, and the bowl wasn't big enough to move things around, so I didn't notice there were these goodies until partway through.
