ということでこちらにお邪魔。インターネットでは検索できなかった生の情報を仕入れることができました。お店の方も親切ですし親身になって相談に乗ってくださいました。やはりネットだけではダメですね。、リアルな情報ありがたかった。場所も金山駅でいいとろこにあるけど、金山って車で行くと駐車場高いんですよね。それは気になりました。まあ電車でいけばいい話です。

Thank you for the real information. The place is also a good place at Kanayama station, but if you go to Kanayama by car, the parking lot is expensive. It was anxious. It's a good story to go by train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told I would visit with staff several apartments. On the scheduled day, as soon as I arrived, I was told that no staff would accompany me, nor drive me to the properties, unlike as planned. The reason/excuse did not really make sense. So they give me a bag with a flashlight and sandals; they also told me the passwords to enter each building, but did not write it down.
As I visited the buildings, even though it was during the day, what they did not tell me is that there was no electricity, and what's worse is that the flashlight they gave wasn't even working. It took forever to visit the properties because of that, and even though I phoned UR in English about it at the time, the staff just seemed annoyed at me, rather offering to bring another flashlight. When I returned, they were not happy I took longer, even though it was their fault I could not even enter the properties for a long time due to the flashlight not working.
UR should only be used by people who have a strict budget; if you have options and prefer clean/newer places with electricity (and better service), just go to Nissho or any other real estate agency. For all the high-tech stuff in Japan, instances like these make you feel like you're 60 years back in time.
