お	お寿司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は丁寧でしたが、条件にあった物件が全然見つかりませんでした。駐車場で車種がＳＵＶと最初のアンケートに記入したにも関わらず、案内された物件は軽自動車がギリギリ停めれるようなとこや、前面道路の幅員がなくそもそも入れないようなところばかり案内されました。賃貸物件探しは大手に限るということを教えてくれたいいお店です。 The response was polite, but I couldn't find any properties that met the conditions. My wife, who is Japanese, went and looked at a few places with them, saying that she was looking for herself and her husband, never mentioning that I was American. She found a place she really liked, but was worried it might be a bit small so she told them she loved it, and as long as I came and looked at it a couple days later, we would want to move in. They agreed, and when we went to look together, I knew from the moment I walked in the place was too small. When we got back, the agent started putting papers in front of us to sign before even asking what we thought, and when we told him it wouldn't work out, he gave us a pretty dirty look and told us to hold on, and he'd try and find some alternates to show us. After letting us sit there for about 15 minutes, he came back and told us they were, "Too busy, and they would contact us when they found a place they thought would work for us." We were promptly escorted out with a not too friendly vibe. The next day, my wife and I found a few places we wanted to see, but our agent was constantly unavailable over a three day period. He never once returned my wife's phone calls (she called multiple times a day), and we eventually found a much more spacious place for the same price as the first one, with a different company. He never called her back. We were VERY disappointed with their customer service, and their location is very uncomfortable as well. I would advise staying away from these folks, as the "gaijin dame" feeling was pretty strong, and dodging clients who need a place to live is never good business.
