I'm glad I wanted to move early ? The location is good and the rooms are clean, but the rent is cheap, and it was helpful to be able to consult with us about the initial cost!
ホ	ホームランバー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やたら高評価が多いからなんか臭うなぁ‥と思いながらも、気になる物件があったから以前問い合わせたことがある。5日間以上経過しても結局メール返信なかった。シカトってすごいよな。契約1つドブに捨てれるんだから。さすがセレブ??同じ物件扱ってる別の全国的に有名な不動産会社に問い合わせたら即日で返事きたわ。ってあたりまえだよな。 I've been inquiring about it before because there was a property I was interested in, even though I thought it would smell because it was highly evaluated. After more than 5 days, I didn't reply to the email. Shikato is amazing. One contract is thrown away. As expected, when I contacted another nationally famous real estate company that handles the same property, I got a reply on the same day. It's natural.

Communication (all in Japanese) to set up the first appointment went really smoothly by email. Once I entered the office (only male agents), as a woman, it was a very uninviting environment. The way they treat male and female clients is very different. There was a major lack of communication firstly, with me, where I didn't hear from the agent whether I had been approved for the apartment until 10 days before I was scheduled to move. And secondly between them and the management company of my new apartment. The management company called me to find out when I would be moving in and be able to make the final payment because they hadn't heard from the agent. Once I signed the contract I wasn't given a copy or any other information about the new apartment. I was told to pick up the key the morning of moving in and no further information was given to me about how to get into the building or the code for the mail box. If you are male you will most likely have a better experience but if you are female I recommend using an alternative
