予約なしで来店してしまいましたが、すぐに希望に合う物件を紹介していただけました。
説明も分かりやすくスムーズに契約出来ました。
駅近だったのも良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の不動産の方にも電話をかけましたが、金山のエーブルさんの電話の対応は親切で素晴らしかったです。その後の対応も親切で、初めての息子の一人暮らし物件もいい所が見つかりホント助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去時にすごい綺麗に掃除したのに、3万円くらいのクリーニング代を請求されました。国土交通省のガイドラインにもクリーニング代は大家さんが負担するのが妥当という記載があるので、契約時に特約から外してもらわないと、最後にぼたっくられます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、南向きの部屋に住みたく、問い合わせをしたところ、1月31日に掲載されていない物件が空くと連絡があり、明日の2月1日に内覧ができるとのことで予約をしました。
その後のやりとりで、部屋の申込みを提案されましたが、内覧するまではやめておきますと伝えました。
またもし内覧日までに部屋が埋まれば、連絡して頂くことになっていました。
だいぶ日にちが空いたため、不安になり明日の内覧は変わらずに大丈夫かと問い合わせをしたところ、担当者から内覧したことも忘れたかのような返事で南向きの部屋は空いておりません。の一言でした。
いい加減な担当者がいるので、ここの不動産はやめておいたほうがいいと思います。
