相	相模の国の太郎次郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.4.8（木曜日）13:26訪問仕事で大井町に来たので相当久しぶりに当店へ。前客なし。カウンターに腰掛け標記メニューを注文。店はご夫婦？で切り盛りのよう。マンガや新聞が置いてあって、親しみやすい雰囲気の店。店主さんが茹で鍋の湯温が上がるのを待ってから麺投入。待つ事5分で着丼。ほうれん草と海苔が家系っぽいが、家系ではない。まずはスープをいただきます。ライト豚骨だが、程よい濃度で豚の甘さが感じられて美味しい。豚骨以外に豚肉も使ってる？タレ感もちょうど良い。麺は低加水中細直麺。スープに合う。具のチャーシューは薄切りだが歯応えある肩ロース。美味しい。ご馳走様でした。久々に来たけど美味しかった。さて、大井町役場に向かうか！ Visited Thursday, 2021.4.8 at 13:26 I came to Oimachi for work, so I went to our shop for the first time in a long time. お	おざしょう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりのラーメン。とんこつベースのスープ、美味しいです。チャーシューはトロトロになっていない柔らかさが食べごたえあって良いです。細麺はさらっと食べれてしまうので、もう少し食べたくなるけど、餃子を食べるスペースを空けておくには、ちょうど良いかな。海苔はそれだけで食べても美味しい海苔です。これで６５０円はリーズナブルです。今日は麺中盛りの増量、プラス100円を食しました。満足です。チャーシューがちょっと変わったかな… コロナで大変だと思いますが、頑張って美味しいラーメンを作り続けてくれて感謝です。 Ramen after a long absence.
