建物がまだ新しいので近くのアパートよりも全然良いと思います。
コロナで収入減っちゃった人には家賃が全額手当て受けられるのが助かりました。

自然ゆたかな環境で暮らしたい方には最高だと思います。冷蔵庫、洗濯機、ベッド、机、調理器具など、生活に必要なものは全て揃っているので、カバン一つで引っ越せます。

初期費用がかからないので一般賃貸探すよりも随分楽でした。
審査なども一切なく、大家さんと内見時にお話するだけです。
入居者間同士の交流も挨拶程度なので気兼ねすることなく過ごせますよ！
もちろんみなさん良い人でした！
部屋の壁はアパートよりもちゃんとしてる感じなので隣の物音は聞こえなかったです。
共有スペースはいつも綺麗に保たれています。
新松田駅までは女性の足でも10分ほどで道も平坦です。
自転車があると買い物に便利なのでいいと思います。
