12時30分頃で2組のお客さん。とてもスムーズに入れました。
お店のオススメはオマール海老だし
・オマール海老だしラーメン 800円(税込)
ランチセットのミニチャーシュー丼 +150円
・醤油大粒ワンタン麺 1000円(税込)
私はオマール海老だしラーメンにしましたが、海老だしはとてもしっかり出てたけど、醤油大粒ワンタン麺のスープの方が好きでした。
チャーシュー丼もペロッと食べてしまった。

三男坊さんのラーメン大変美味しかったです。
麺は中細ちぢれのかんすい麺で麺自体にもほのかに甘みがあり、伸び辛くコシがあるのが特徴で、スープもこれでもか。と思うくらい麺に良く絡みます。焼豚は煮豚で柔らかくしっとり仕上げで具材のこだわりもある独自性の強いバランスの良いラーメンでした。また行きます！

The roast pork is a boiled pork with a soft and moist finish, and it is a well-balanced ramen with a strong originality and attention to ingredients. I will go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オマール海老ラーメンを食べました。オマールのミソが効いた甘みのある出汁を期待していたのですが、殻を煎ったような香ばしい風味でした。これはこれで美味しいのですが、自分の求める海老出汁ではなかったので☆1つ減点で☆3とさせていただきます。麺やチャーシューは美味しかったです。甘みのある支那竹は好みが分かれそう。柚子胡椒はサッパリしてイイネ！
I ate lobster ramen. I was expecting a sweet soup stock with Omar miso, but it had a fragrant flavor like roasted shells. This is delicious, but it wasn't the shrimp broth I was looking for, so I'll deduct one point to make it ☆ 3. The noodles and char siu were delicious. The sweet Chinese bamboo seems to have different tastes. Yuzu pepper is refreshing and good!

何度か足を運んでいたが、免許の更新だったりで臨時休業の日に重なることが多く、ようやく再訪が叶った。
以前は餃子があったが今は無いらしく代わりに雲呑がメニューに載っていた。
オマール海老だしらーめんを注文、以前はもっと美味かった気がするが記憶なんて美化されたりするので、初めからこんなものだったかもしれない。
甘塩っぱい味付けの支那竹は好みが分かれる
とろみのあるスープは冷めにくいが猫舌にはつらい…
つけ麺にすれば良かったと思ったが後悔後に立たず
そういえば、トッピングサービスなどに使えるスタンプカード止めた？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に北海道で食べた一幻の海老ラーメンみたいなものならと期待して行きましたがチャーシューやスープが油っぽく海老の風味が台無しになって自分には合わなかったです。
また、店内にはトッピングと引き換えに評価を五つ星にすれば貰えると書いてありました。
実際に高評価をしている人もいるでしょうがトッピング欲しさに書き込みしてる人もいると思うので味は自分で確かめてください。
I was hoping that it would be like the phantom shrimp ramen I had eaten in Hokkaido before, but the char siu and soup were oily and the shrimp flavor was ruined, so it didn't suit me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曽我別所の梅まつりの帰り道に訪問。ずっとオマール海老だしの看板が気になってました。早速、オマール海老だしラーメンを注文。脂の多い色の濃い熱々スープで豚バラ角煮のスライスチャーシュー1枚と板のり大2枚とホレンソウと茶色いメンマ。スープは思ったより塩分薄味で海老味もあまり主張してません。脂が多いのでのりで絡め取って初めて美味しい海老味が出てきました。海老ガラのゴリゴリ食感も良いです。もっと海老味噌が効いていると良いと思います。麺は太丸の大波縮れ麺で白麺、普通盛でも多目で食べ応えがあります。メンマは甘くこれは好き好きですね…チャーシューはトロトロで脂ものってあっためてあるのが美味しかったです。接客はほのぼのとして良いです。お店はカウンター席とテーブル席3席ほどあって清潔にされていました。当日は人通りが少なかったですが、食べている間に満席になり、人気のお店のようです。また、訪問してオマール海老だしとんこつラーメンの細麺を食べてみたいです。もちろんチャーシュー増しで。ごちそう様でした。

Immediately, I ordered Omar shrimp dashi ramen. 1 sliced pork roasted pork roasted pork, 2 large nori seaweed, horensou and brown menma in a hot soup with a rich greasy color. The soup is lighter in salt than I expected and doesn't claim much shrimp. Since it has a lot of fat, the delicious shrimp taste came out only after it was entwined with glue. The crunchy texture of the shrimp gala is also good. I hope the shrimp miso is more effective. The noodles are thick round rogue noodles, white noodles, and even if they are normal, they are large and satisfying. Menma is sweet and I like this ... It was delicious that the char siu was warm and oily. The customer service is good as a heartwarming one. The shop was clean with about 3 counter seats and 3 table seats. There wasn't much traffic on the day, but it was full while eating, and it seems to be a popular restaurant. Also, I would like to visit and eat the thin noodles of Omar shrimp dashi tonkotsu ramen. Of course, with more char siu. thank you for the food.
