セットメニューがメチャクチャ安い
腹を満たすならセットメニューがいいかと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメン食べましたが、不味すぎてビックリした。麺が柔らかすぎる。歯がない人向けなのかと疑うぐらいに柔らかい。そしてネギご飯は醤油？をかけすぎでしょっぱい。
何回か行ったことありますが、こんな不味くなかったはず。
作る人が変わったのかな。
これなら前店のラーメンショップのが良かった。
もう行かないと思うから、次にどんなラーメン屋が入るか期待。
I ate miso ramen, but I was surprised because it tasted too bad. The noodles are too soft. It's so soft that I suspect it's for people without teeth. And is the green onion rice soy sauce? It's too salty.

This is like a local ramen shop, and I rushed into the street. It seems that there are several stores, but it is not a big chain store but a store run by nice uncles. The taste was perfect and I was very satisfied.

込み合っていたから人気店なのかな。
仙台味噌ラーメンを食べたが、脂多めなのとストレート麺なのは味噌ラーメンとしては個人的には嗜好に合わなかった。
醤油豚骨なら良かったかも。チャーシューは美味しかった。
価格帯は高く感じたが、地域性なのかも。

I ate Sendai Miso Ramen, but I personally didn't like the fatty and straight noodles as Miso Ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背脂多めの味噌ラーメンをいつも頼んでいます。 味噌ラーメンは殆ど太麺なので細麺に変更できるのが凄く嬉しいです。食べやすい〜。
以前(2枚目の写真)は厚めで硬いチャーシューでしたが、久しぶりにお伺いしたら薄い脂身のあるチャーシューになってました。チャーシューは基本冷えてるのでスープに溺れさせておいた方がいいです。新しいチャーシューは柔らかくてしっとりしていて前より美味しかったですが、筋があってビヨ〜ってなりました。
にんにくをたっぷり入れて食べる味噌ラーメン美味しいです！ 背脂特盛とか出来ないかな…?
I always order miso ramen with a lot of backfat. Miso ramen is mostly thick noodles, so I'm very happy to be able to change to thin noodles. Easy to eat.
Previously (the second photo) was thick and hard char siu, but when I visited after a long time, it became thin and fat char siu. Char siu is basically cold, so you should drown it in the soup. The new char siu was soft and moist and tastier than before, but it became streaky and biyo.
Miso ramen with plenty of garlic is delicious! I wonder if I can do something like special backfat ... ?
