ご存じの方がいましたら紹介して頂きたいです。
それほど旨い家系ラーメン屋さんです。
麺揚げは平ザルですが、店主の丁寧な麺揚げで潰れる事無く、無理せず大量なオペレーションすることがないので安心安定のラーメンを提供がGOOD?
直系以外は家系では無いとおっしゃる方達には怒られそうだが?
直系も嫌いではないが派系でも十分旨いと素人ながら思うお店です。
分かりやすく言うとバランス良いスープの構成です。
塩味のカドが立つこと無く豚骨とのバランス良くマイルドで鶏油の量でその日の味を決めています。
麺、スープと抜群の相性でかけラーメンが有ればかけラーメンを頼むだろうと思うラーメンです。
コロナ対策もシッカリしていて
『黙食』を推奨しているお店です。
安くて豊富なトッピングが有りますがウズラが有れば180点ですね?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日 初めて食しました。 中ラーメンのホウレン草トッピングの麺硬！ 自分は味が少し濃く感じたけど次に行った時はチョイ薄めかなぁ～ チャーシューは柔らかくて旨かった❗️ 自分好みにするのは色々です? 店員さんは丁寧で言葉も丁寧でした。
I ate for the first time today. Medium ramen spinach topping noodle hard! I felt the taste was a little strong, but the next time I went there, the pork was soft and delicious ❗️ There are various things I like ? The clerk was polite and the words were polite.

本店を横浜黄金町に構える老舗に近い家系の支店。
いわゆる最近の濃度押しの家系ではない昔ながらのタイプ。
醤油がビシっと立つわけでもなくバランス重視。
スープは若干獣臭がするものの、臭くはなくご飯のおかずとして立派に成立する。

食券自販機で希望の品を購入します。
一万円等の両替機も設置されてました。
食券はカウンター越しで渡します。
その時、麺の固さ、油量、スープ濃度を聞かれます。
初めてだったので全部普通で注文しました。
注文はチャーシュー麺。
麺は中太で柔らか過ぎず丁度良い。
スープは美味しいですが、自分はアッサリ味が好きなのでちょっと濃いめかなと感じられました。
次は油少なめ、味薄めで注文したいと思います。
チャーシューは四枚デカく腹いっぱいになりました。
コロナ対策は万全でカウンター席はアクリル板設置。
これでもか、て言うぐらいの注意喚起の張り紙が亭主の意識の高さを物語ってました。

The order is char siu noodles.
The noodles are medium-thick and not too soft, just right.
The soup is delicious, but I like the assari taste, so I felt it was a little thick.
Next, I would like to order with less oil and less flavor.
Four pieces of char siu became big and full.
Corona measures are perfect and the counter seats are equipped with acrylic plates.
Even with this, the noticeable posters showed the high level of consciousness of the host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン+チャーシュー丼の組み合わせが神！西湘地区の家系ラーメンの中では一番美味しいと私は思います。
ミニチャーシュー丼も最高ですが味が濃すぎる時がたまにあるので、前に薄味に出来ますか？と聞いてみたら、出来ません！ってきっぱり断られたけど、いつもより薄味でちょうど良かった(笑)
ラーメンは毎回お好み聞いてくれるので、チャーシュー丼も是非！
The combination of ramen and char siu bowl is god! I think it is the most delicious of all the Iekei ramen in the Seisho area.
The mini char siu bowl is also the best, but sometimes the taste is too strong, so can you make it lighter before? I asked, but I can't! I was refused, but the taste was lighter than usual and it was just right (laughs)
Ramen will be asked to your liking every time, so be sure to try the char siu bowl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デラックスラーメン（1,100円）とチャーシュー飯（250円）をいただきました。
この近辺では一番好みの家系ラーメン。醤油豚骨スープともちもちの中太麺がよく絡みます。チャーシュー飯も美味かった。また来ます。ごちそうさまでした！
なお、小学生以下の入店はお断りしているので、ご家族連れの方はご注意ください。
I had deluxe ramen (1,100 yen) and char siu rice (250 yen).
My favorite family ramen around here. Soy sauce tonkotsu soup and chewy medium-thick noodles are often entwined. The char siu rice was also delicious. I will come again. Thank you for the meal!
Please note that we do not allow children under elementary school age to enter the store, so please be careful if you are traveling with your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜の午後１時位に訪問。待ち無しで着席、カウンター席8割の混み。
デフォルトのラーメンを注文しました。スープバリエーションは醤油豚骨のみ、トッピングでメニューが色々あります。
スープは豚骨の出汁がどっしりと効いてますがくどさは有りません。麺は太く多加水もっちりです。自分は固めでオーダして丁度良かったです。
店内至るところに黙食、マスクを守るよう注意書が有りコロナ対策が意識されています。たぶんご夫妻と思われますがお2人の店員も丁寧で明るく対応頂きました。
美味しかった！また訪問させて頂きます。
Visited around 1 pm on Sunday. Seated without waiting, 80% of the counter seats are crowded.
I ordered the default ramen. The soup variation is only soy sauce pork bones, and there are various menus with toppings.
The soup is made with pork bone soup stock, but it is not dull. The noodles are thick and rich in water. I was solid and ordered and it was just right.
There are cautionary notes everywhere in the store to protect the masks and eat quietly, and we are conscious of corona measures. Probably the couple, but the two clerk also responded politely and cheerfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ねぎラーメン大とチャーシュー飯をオーダー、ピリ辛ダレで和えた白髪ねぎがスープと絶妙に相性が良い、私のイメージでは、ねぎラーメンは刻んだチャーシューでしたがここは、大きな柔らかいチャーシューが一枚のっているのが嬉しい、注文時にラーメンの好み(味の濃さ、肪の量、麺の固さ)を聞いてくれるも良いですね。勿論チャーシュー飯も美味しく頂きました。
カウンター席の間仕切りでソーシャルディスタンスも安心
