食事中に奥様が辛味大根の絞った後のものを出して下さいました。なんと!その大根は全く辛くない!!
絞り汁に辛味は全て出てしまうんだそう。
びっくり?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おしぼりうどんを頂く。とにかく辛い(笑)。のどが終始ヒリヒリした。自家製の味噌を入れると辛さは和らぐので、最初から味噌をたくさん入れるといいだろう。うどんは食感が良く、最高に美味しかった。

一口いただくと辛味も効いていて普通に美味しかったですが、帰りに1000円を支払おうとすると1100円と言われました。
値上げしたのか?それとも税込価格なのか?
税込価格なら表示をしないといけないはずなのだが?
周辺のおしぼりうどんを出しているお店は、
麺は違えど、ちゃんとねずみ大根を使って作っているのでほぼ、味に差はなく、むしろ他で食べたほうが安くて美味しかったです。
これで1100円はありえないですね。

東京の方にはお馴染みの武蔵野うどんのようなコシが強い麺を釜揚げにし、辛味大根の絞り汁と味噌を溶かしたつゆに浸けて食べる。なかなかの味わいで、当地に行かれた際にはぜひ味わってもらいたい。信州はそば処の印象強いが。
おしぼりうどんのほか、くるみダレや鍋焼うどんも美味しい。
アルコールは日本酒(地酒)やビールはあるが、おつまみが無いので飲めない。この点一考されたら素泊まり客の夕飯需要が増えるとおもうが。。

【感想】
おしぼりうどんとは大根おろしの汁のおしぼりです。めちゃくちゃ辛いです笑
途中から天ぷらが欲しくてたまりませんでした。あの辛い汁に天ぷらつけたらたまらなく美味しそうです。
郷土料理感はすごいので長野の話のネタに良いかもです。

うどん専門店で、メニューはおしぼり、味噌煮込、鍋焼き、ごまだれ、くるみだれ、とシンプル。
優しそうな年配の女性二人で営んでいる。
看板メニューはおしぼりうどん…むせるような辛み大根の汁でいただく長野県ではお馴染みのうどん。
今回は鍋焼きうどんをオーダー。
熱々の鉄鍋で良く煮込まれていて寒い日には最高。
具は、かき揚げ、半熟玉子、なると?、はんぺんにキノコ。
醤油ベースのお汁に、それぞれの具材の味がミックスされて優しい味で美味しい。
モチモチ太麺も鍋焼きうどんにはぴったり。
値段は1,100円(税込)と、ちょっと高め。

Ours were simple -- one hot, one cold, with a dipping sauce and a side of pickled vegetables. Girlfriend's mom got the nabe udon (hot pot) and declared it her best meal ever. Flavorful broth with a variety of ingredients for added texture, which she tells us has ruined her for future dining.
