★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き肉、中華、トンカツと表記しているだけあって、色々なメニューが楽しめる。ここでの昼食なら、田毎の月（たごとのつき）ラーメンがイチオシ。この地方は姥捨伝説の通り、貧しかった過去を持つ。狭い土地でも有効利用しなければならず、山の斜面まで水田に開墾せざるを得ず、一枚毎の面積が小さい棚田が「千枚田」と呼ばれる位に無数に展開していた。この棚田に張った水が、夜に一枚一枚、上空に浮かぶ満月を映し出す様が壮観で、日本酒のブランドにも「姥捨 田毎の月」という物があるくらいだ。
このラーメン、切った分葱を棚田に、中央の生卵を月に見立てている、洒落た味噌ラーメンだ。スープに豆乳を混ぜているのか、とてもクリーミー。そこに縮れ麺が絡み、いい仕事をしている。大盛りの対応可能。餃子がまた、皮がパリっとしていながら中身はジューシーで、さすが焼肉屋さんの肉餃子、といった感じだ。
3人前のカツ丼、2人前の焼きそばなど、超デカ盛りメニューはシェア可能。成功報酬も無いけど。
建物は古く、入口から段差があるが、車椅子でなければ大丈夫。トイレは男女共用の洋式が一つ。ウォシュレット機能はない。

You can share a super large menu such as katsudon for three people and fried noodles for two people. There is no reward for success.
The building is old and has steps from the entrance, but it is okay if it is not a wheelchair. There is a unisex Western style toilet. There is no washlet function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、ローカルのTV番組で「田毎の月ラーメン」が紹介されていました。通りがけランチタイムに寄って田毎の月ラーメンを注文。
外観からはどんな味がするのか想像できませんが、食べて納得。
わかりやすく言うと、辛さ控えめの白胡麻坦々麺に刻みニラと生玉子をトッピングしたラーメンと言ったところでしょうか？
コレはこれで良いのかなと。

The other day, "Tagetsu no Tsuki Ramen" was introduced on a local TV program. We stopped by for lunch and ordered monthly ramen for each field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある時からにんにくが食べられなくなり、ラーメンも安心して食べられなくなりましたが、にんにく抜きも対応してもらえる貴重なお店です！
もちろん味も申し分なくおいしいです。
お子様メニューもお子様椅子もあるので、子連れでも向いてます。
ただ、結構量があるのでお腹を空かせて行くべきですね。
また行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き肉を食べたくてお店を検索してお伺いしました。焼き肉は終了していましたが、黒酢ラーメン、餃子等を頂きました。
全て美味しく満足でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から変わらぬ美味しさ！私のオススメは、かつ重と餃子です(*^-^*)甘だれのかかったカツがサクサクで柔らかくて美味しい！他のも気になるけど大体これ♪餃子は、薄皮でモチモチでいい感じ(*･∀･*)気になっているのは、中華セット…半ラーメンと半チャーハンと餃子が６個ついた定食800円！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千曲市の国道18号線、杭瀬下交差点を千曲市役所方面に曲がり、すぐ左手に見えてくる牛平。
焼肉屋ながら各種定食、丼ものに麺類も有り、めちゃくちゃ豊富なメニュー。
今回は中華セット、連れはあんかけ焼きそばをオーダー。
中華セットは半チャーハン、半ラーメン、餃子6個の構成で800円とリーズナブル。
ラーメンは細ストレート麺に醤油スープが良くマッチした本格的な中華そばで美味しい。
チャーシューも厚く、岩のりもアクセントになっている。
チャーハンは普通に美味しいが、ややパンチ不足か。
連れのあんかけ焼きそばも普通に美味しいが、少々しょっぱいとのこと。
食べ終わった後に、大好物の季節のキノコうどんが有ることを知った…残念！笑

Ramen is delicious with authentic Chinese noodles that match thin straight noodles with soy sauce soup.
The char siu is thick and the rock paste is also an accent.
Fried rice is usually delicious, but is it a little lacking in punch?
The ankake fried noodles with me are usually delicious, but they are a little salty.
After I finished eating, I found out that I had my favorite seasonal mushroom udon noodles ... sorry! smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田毎の月かスタミナラーメンか悩みましたが、先輩のオススメで中華セットにしました。
ラーメンは岩海苔のようなものが入っていて、チャーシューもプリプリでとても美味しかったです。
チャーハンは、それなりの味で悪くないです。
餃子は手作りで、ニンニクが効いていてます。美味しかったです。
このセットで800円は安いですね✨
次は別メニューにチャレンジしてみたいと思いますが、中華セットのコスパに負けそうです(笑)
