この店舗で修理に出すのは初めてでしたが、一点一点とても丁寧に説明をしてくれたので、安心して預けることができました。
仕上がりはイメージ通りで満足しています。是非また利用したいと思いました。

明らかに仕事が甘い。
再度聞きに言ったところ元々靴のかかとの作りがくっつきづらいんですよね、このタイプは。と言われましたが、引き取りの時にも何もそう言った説明無かったのでそもそも技術的に低レベルなのでは。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり昔に大切な靴を預けましたが、ヒールの底を換えた時にペンチみたいな跡をつけられ、ブーツのスレを綺麗に直せるっていうから預けたのに色が全然合ってなくて酷かったです。ショックで何も言えずに店を出た記憶があります。今はどうなっているかわかりませんが大切な靴を預けられない店だと思いました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 稀に見る低レベルな業者。大々的に宣伝はしてるが、まともな修理・サービスが出来るスタッフはいない。修理に出した靴に傷を付けられて戻って来たので話したところ、「うちのせいではない」と信じられない対応。修理箇所もプロがやったとは思えない荒い仕上がりでした。大事な靴を修理に出す前に注意が必要です。

また、メス側のボタンは断りなく２枚の革を貫通して取り付けていました。
レベルの低い技術と云わざるおえないので、二度と頼むことはないです。

受付の時「伝票なしで名前言ってくれればいいです」と言われたので、引き取り時にもっていきませんでした。
すると、靴が見つからず…
そして受付の時のおじさんが後から出てきて、まさかの「引き取りましたよね？この前取りに来ませんでした?」発言。
「取りに来ていません」と伝えると「家族取りにきたんじゃないですか？」と言われましたが、勿論そんなことはありません。
結局、お店にありました。
この責任逃れをするような発言、どうかと思います。大切な靴がなくなってしまったのかと思って不安になりました。
あと、探してくれたお姉さんを責めるおじさんの態度が終始不快でした。本当に。
紙袋に靴を放り込んで、「早く渡して」とお姉さんに言っていたの聞こえてましたよ。
ことの始まりは、あなたが「伝票いらない」と言ったからですよね？お姉さんは悪くないです。一生懸命探して下さってありがとうございます。伝票必要なら最初から「要らない」とは言わない方がいいですよ。
もうこのお店には行くことはないと思います。他のお客さんも同じ被害に遭いませんように。
