パンツの丈つめで初めて伺いました。
まず、開店するかしないかのギリギリの時間に男性が駆け込んで行ったので何事かと思ったら、スタッフのようでした。勤務体制杜撰だなーと思いつつも、丈つめの依頼をしました。
予め自分で目安をつけて持っていったので、このあたりでお願いしますと言ったら、それでいいんですか？と鼻で笑われて最初から感じ悪かったです。
身長が低いので、これまで何度かお直しは他の店舗でお願いしてますが、こんなに印象が悪かったのは初めてでした。
提示された仕上がりの日程は思っていたよりも長く、更に料金表にある金額よりも高い料金を請求されましたが、その差額の説明はありませんでした。
引き取りに伺ったら、依頼していたパンツが紛失。散々待たされた挙句、見つからないので、発見したら送ると言われて退散。
ってかここまで来るのに交通費かかってるんですけど。
その日の夜電話があり、他のお客さんに渡してしまった事が発覚。その人と連絡が取れないから待って欲しいとのこと。有り得ないでしょ。
いったいどんな管理してんの？
しかも、高齢の男性に渡したとか要らない情報言ってくる。キモ。
クリーニングして使えとか言ってくる。
その代金はこちらが負担しますんでとかならまだ分かるけど、それも名言しない。最悪。
間違って渡した方が履いてる可能性は十分あるのに、それはないと思うとか適当なこと言うし。
話にならないので、上の人から連絡貰うことにして、お直し代と商品代金を返金してもらうことにしましたが、その上司もポンコツ。
何だろ、チェーン店だから更に上に知られたくないのかしら。
本当にここは、まるで話になりません。
この会社は今後一生使いません。

ポリエステル地のスカートの上にシフォンが重なった特殊なワンピなので裾上げではなくウエスト部分での丈つめをお願いしました。
対応してくれた年配の女性はヘルプでその日はお店に入っていると話していましたが、とても丁寧に対応してくださいました。
見積もりもすぐに出していただき先払い。
他店よりお高め(ポリエステル地のスカート部分が裏地扱いになり料金上乗せ￥9,500)でした(鷺沼にあるフレルさぎ沼の｢ママのリフォーム｣だとワンピの丈つめや裾上げは裏地あっても￥5,000～￥6,000くらいが相場です。)が、仕上がりは綺麗だったのでそこは満足しました。
受け取りに行った日の若い店員さんも対応が丁寧で感じ良くて、しっかり確認もさせてくれてスムーズに受け取ることができました。
もう少し安く引き受けてもらえるようになれば、頻繁に利用するんですけどね。
