事前相談は一度TELして必要事項(氏名・電話番号・相談内容)を伝えた上で予約枠を確保(：30分単位で希望日の空き枠から指定)、法務局担当者から予約時間に折り返しの電話を貰い、電話口でやり取りする流れになります。
簡易な部類の登記で司法書士に頼まずに自分で申請する為の申請書記載内容の確認等だったのですが、案件内容に応じて細かく電話口で教えて頂きました。
その後書類を揃えて申請手続、登録免許税の納付に必要な収入印紙売場もフロア内にあり、無事に申請書を提出出来ました。
申請の受付時には書類内容のチェック等はして貰えないので、自分で申請する場合は事前相談でしっかり確認した上で提出することがポイントです。

It was a simple registration, and I had to confirm the contents of the application form so that I could apply by myself without asking a scrivener, but I was told in detail by telephone according to the contents of the case.
After that, the documents were prepared, the application procedure, and the revenue stamp section required for payment of registration and license tax were also on the floor, and the application was successfully submitted.
When you apply, you will not be asked to check the contents of the documents, so if you apply by yourself, it is important to confirm it in advance before submitting.
