★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新百合駅からは5分くらい歩いたマプレにある居酒屋さんです。軽く一杯いただくのに伺いました。このチェーンの他のお店にも何度か行っているのですが、店員さんがニコニコと仕事をしていてとても好印象で、この新百合のお店も同じくでした。いただいたのは、パクチーサラダとねぎレバー・餃子・麻婆豆腐です。餃子はもちもちした皮かなりジューシーなアンの安定的に美味しい餃子。ここのパクチーサラダは盛りが良く、ドレッシングも追加して貰えるので良い一品ですが、今回のはちょっと堅い茎が多かった気がしました。麻婆豆腐は初めていただきましたけど、土鍋で直接仕上げるからか、風味あっておいしかったです。ご馳走さまでした。

I had Mapo tofu for the first time, but it was delicious because it was finished directly in a clay pot. It was a feast.

ランチタイムに入りました。
ここの売りは肉汁餃子です。
ランチは、肉汁餃子ライス1本でした。
ただし、他のメニューでも対応はしてくれます。
店員さんの動きが機敏で、元気でいいですね。
明るく元気な店が飲食では、やはり基本だと思います。
餃子は、最初はそのままで食べてみて下さいと言われたので、そのまま食べて見ました。
肉汁が出るので、御飯がすすみますね。
温泉玉子とスープの取合わせも悪くないです。
御飯もそこそこ美味しいです。
男性が好きそうなメニューですので、サラリーマンの男性の方が来そうです。
今の時期、近くにある税務署は確定申告で忙しいので、なかなか食べに来ることができないのかもしれません。
又食べたいランチでした。
今度は、ここの麺も食べてみたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを食べ損ね、麻婆豆腐と焼餃子に惹かれ行きました。
ですが、麻婆豆腐と焼餃子が冷たい、麻婆豆腐はとても塩っぱくて。。。テーブルにあったお酢を全部かけていただきましたが、それでも塩っぱくて後からスーパーで烏龍茶を買って一気飲みしたほどでした。
五香粉の香りがして、好きなタイプの麻婆豆腐だっただけにとても残念でした。楽しみにしていた焼餃子も冷たくて、作りおきだったのかな。
