も	もりのこみち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅で使用しているPCのキーボード入力のみができなくなり、修理業者さんを検索していて、エヌシーオーさんを見つけました。京都で営業されていること、クチコミが高評価なこと、電話にてとりあえずお話をうかがえるとのことで、とりあえずお電話させていただきました。お電話でPC操作を指示していただきながら、最善の対処法を教えていただきました。外付けのキーボードを試してみては？とのことで、さっそくヨドバシで購入し(1000円弱)接続してみたところ、まったく簡単に正常に動作再開しました。また、長い間、Windowsのアップデートをしていなかったので、そのやり方も教えていただきました。結局、代金をエヌシーオーさんにお支払いすることもなく、お電話でアドバイスをいただいて、不具合の解決をすることができました。使用年数8年ほどのPCですので、メーカーに修理に出せば相当の修理代がかかったものと思われます。外付けキーボードでとりあえず当分は問題なさそうです。 (安価なPCですので、今後は買い替えも検討します) ご親切で適切なアドバイスとご指示をありがとうございます。心よりお礼申しあげます。これからもPCの不具合がありましたらご相談させていただこうと思っております。 I couldn't enter only the keyboard of the PC I'm using at home, so I was searching for a repair shop and found NCO.
