まだお店でも鴨しゃぶをいただいたことがなかったので、これを機会にと鴨しゃぶを注文。
我が家は4人家族ですが、写真を見ると量が多そうだったので、お試しで2人前を注文しました。
以下は感想です。
・とにかく量に驚きました。ネギ、鴨肉共にです。2人分を注文しましたが、4人でも十分にお腹いっぱいになる量でした。
・出汁の香りが最高でした。みんな、いい香り～と食べる前から期待が膨らみました。
・鴨肉が美味しい！鴨肉は、余程良いお肉でないと臭みがある、硬いというイメージがありましたが、とにかく美味しく感じました。子どもたちの笑顔が物語りました。
・ネギがシャキシャキ！特に妻が驚いていました。こんなに美味しいネギは食べられない！と。妻は料理が好きで食材にもこだわるので、アマチュアながらも驚いていました。どこのネギが聞いて欲しい！と連呼していました。
・出汁を、鴨肉とネギを食べるごとにすするほど美味しく感じていました。我が家は私以外、夜は炭水化物を食べないので、当日は鴨肉とネギでお腹いっぱいになり、翌日に白ごはんに温めた出汁をかけていただきました。具は無しです。シンプルですが、とにかく美味しく食べていました。※私はこのパターンで夜にいただきましたが、お腹いっぱいでも美味しくいただけるほどに美味しかったです。
自前のスマホだから色がきれいに出ない鴨?

The following is an impression.
・ I was surprised at the amount. Both green onions and duck meat. I ordered for 2 people, but even 4 people were enough to fill up.
・ The scent of the soup stock was the best. Everyone had high expectations even before eating with a nice scent.
・ Duck meat is delicious! I had the impression that duck meat had a smell and was hard unless it was very good, but I felt it was delicious anyway. The smiles of the children told us.
・ The green onions are crispy! My wife was particularly surprised. I can't eat such delicious green onions! When. My wife loves cooking and is particular about the ingredients, so I was surprised even though she was an amateur. I want you to listen to which green onions! I was calling repeatedly.
・ I felt the soup stock was so delicious that I sipped it every time I ate duck meat and green onions. Other than me, my family doesn't eat carbohydrates at night, so I was full with duck meat and green onions that day, and the next day I had white rice sprinkled with warm soup stock. There are no ingredients. It's simple, but I ate it deliciously. * I had this pattern at night, and it was delicious enough to be delicious even when I was full.

せいろは、柚のよい香りがします。
やまかけマグロ等の小鉢も美味しいです。
We had a large serving of soba for a duck steamer set meal @ 1280 yen plus 150 yen.
Bamboo steamer has a nice scent of yuzu.
Small bowls such as Yamakake tuna are also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨そぼろ重を頂きました。鴨肉だけミニチュア感がすごい。ただのそぼろ丼に1400円も払いませんわ。蕎麦もカッチカチで香りなし。唯一出汁は独特でカツオが効いていてここでしか味わえないかも。星プラス1。神楽坂の不動産賃料が高すぎなんだろうな。無念。
