記念日に奮発して行きました。
1人1,1000円（税別）のコース料理を堪能してきました。
料理は先付け、前菜、焼き物1、焼き物2、御飯物、デザートの順に出ます。焼き物1と2がメインの焼肉です。
先付けは食べ始めに相応しく、彩り豊かで季節を感じられる食材が使われた美味しい3品が並びます。
前菜はローストビーフと肉寿司、和風ナムルの3品でしたが、特に肉寿司が上品な脂の口溶けを感じられて絶品でした。
続く焼き物1はすき焼肉が2枚用意されます。それぞれ2つに切って、わさび、泡醤油、黄身入の割下の3つに付けて楽しみます。最後は割下に潜らせたお肉をご飯に乗せて食べて計4つの食べ方を比べられます。どの食べ方も甲乙付け難いくらい美味しいです。
そしてメインは6種のお肉を4つのタレで頂く焼き物2です。美味しかったのはなんと言っても厚切り牛タンで、表面を炙って好みの厚さに切った牛タンは普通の牛タンとは別次元の柔らかさと甘み、旨みがありました。
ここまででも十分なボリュームがありますが、締めにもちもちの冷麺とデザートにどら焼き、わらび餅のセットが付きます。
記念日であることを伝えておくと、デザートの時に追加で1品、お祝いのデザートプレートが頂けました。
お店の方も丁寧で、とても満足の行く時間が過ごせました。

I rushed to the anniversary.
I have enjoyed the course meal of 1,1000 yen (excluding tax) per person.
The dishes are served in the order of appetizer, appetizer, roasted dish 1, roasted dish 2, rice, and dessert. Roasted dishes 1 and 2 are the main roasted meat.
The tip is suitable for the start of eating, and there are 3 delicious dishes made with colorful and seasonal ingredients.
The appetizers were roast beef, meat sushi, and Japanese-style namul, but the meat sushi was particularly delicious because I could feel the elegant melting of the fat in the mouth.
Two pieces of sukiyaki meat will be prepared for the following pottery 1. Cut it into two pieces and add it to wasabi, foam soy sauce, and yolk-filled warishita. At the end, you can compare the four ways of eating by eating the meat that has been submerged in the warishita on rice. Every way of eating is so delicious that it's hard to put it on.
And the main is pottery 2 which has 6 kinds of meat with 4 sauces. The most delicious was the thick-sliced beef tongue, and the beef tongue that was roasted on the surface and cut to the desired thickness had a different level of softness, sweetness, and umami than ordinary beef tongue.
There is plenty of volume up to this point, but it comes with a set of chewy cold noodles, dessert, dorayaki, and warabi mochi.
When I told you that it was an anniversary, I received an additional dish at the time of dessert, a festive dessert plate.
The shop staff was also polite and I was able to spend a very satisfying time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 翔山亭贅沢重専門店の黒毛和牛贅沢重を食べに伺った所お店が閉まっていて、本店への案内あり、こちらに伺いました。
日本的な和風の佇まいのビルの3Fです。
専門店にあった、梅 はメニューからなくなっていましたが、和牛握りが美味しい 竹を注文。
サーロインと、和牛握りはとても美味しい。
海苔や山葵と出汁をかけてひつまぶし風にアレンジして頂くシグレ煮美味。ペロリと頂いてしまいました。強いていうなら、ローストビーフが噛みきれない部位があった事くらい。
カウンター席二人づつ、透明な仕切りもあり衛生面でも安心です。
When I visited Shozantei Luxury Heavy Specialty Store to eat Kuroge Wagyu Luxury Heavy, the store was closed and there was a guide to the main store, so I visited here.

The plum that was in the specialty store was gone from the menu, but I ordered bamboo, which has a delicious wagyu beef grip.
The sirloin and wagyu beef are very delicious.
The delicious simmered shigure that you can arrange with seaweed, wasabi and soup stock in a hitsumabushi style. I got it with a lick. The only thing I can say is that there was a part where the roast beef couldn't be chewed.
There are two counter seats and a transparent partition, so it is safe for hygiene.

他的燒肉有太多脂肪，有一些部位太硬，不能入口。建議喜歡食燒肉的朋友可以有另外的選擇。

ランチはお手頃なメニューがあるということで訪問してみました。
日曜日の13時頃に訪問。
お店は建物の入口から雰囲気があります。エレベーターで受付のある3階まで行きます。行列はありませんでしたが、ほぼ満席状態でした。
メニューはカウンターかフロアかで違う様ですが、今回はすぐに案内が可能なカウンター席へ。
A5ランク黒毛和牛贅沢重の松を注文。
肉々しい料理の登場です。
あっつあつで出てきたらいいのになと思うのですが、のっかってるお肉のできあがる時間差のせいか温度に関してはいまひとつ。
ただ、お肉はどれも柔らかくて美味しかったです。

I ordered A5 rank Japanese black beef luxury heavy pine.

I wish it came out hot, but the temperature is not good, probably because of the time difference between the meat and the meat.

今回は季節のコース。
前菜は小鉢三品。
続いてはローストビーフ、ナムル、炙り握り。
ここで温かい牛タンの鍋。
和牛ロースの柚香焼。
上タンと和牛4種と焼物が続き、サラダ、冷麺、デザートでフィニッシュ。
流石のクオリティ、お肉はもちろん、全て美味しい。量もちょうどよく、お酒もすすみます。
スタッフの方々も丁寧で、個室のプライベートもしっかり守られているので、ゆっくりとビジネスの話も出来ました。
