 I had an autumn limited menu. The conger heaven was very delicious. The flavor of matsutake mushrooms was also wonderful, and above all, I thought the cost performance was insanely good.

We were 3 european tourists. we were told there was no table free, only reservations. one second after came 3 japanese tourists with baggages and were allowed to eat. we asked if we could come later. all reserved. this was very strange and I higly discourage every foreign tourist to visit this place. it should be signaled to the authorities. We went home hungry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with a Japanese friend for lunch who ordered food for the group. The tempura lunch sets were really good and highly recommended. However the service wasn't very friendly and I don't recall seeing any English menu here. If you speak Japanese or come with a local/Japanese friend you'll probably have a more enjoyable experience. If not, I can highly recommend the very friendly vendors selling good and cheap bento boxes just outside the university gate at lunch time.
