ここの料理は最高です。特に出汁のとり方が格別で、小鉢などでも美味しい後味が続く感じです。赤だしも絶品。

Googleの評価が良かったのでランチに訪問。 メインが選べる定食がたくさんありました。 前日食べすぎたので、おばんざいランチを注文。 病院食並みにパンチがなくて薄味でした。 魚を食べるべきだったかな‥。1000円でこれは寂しい内容でした。

鱧天と迷ったのですがせっかく京都に来たのでおばんざい定食をチョイスしました、旬の京野菜や鰊に真蛸のやわらか煮を含め素材毎に優しい味付けがされており美味しく頂きました。
I was confused with Ruchiten, but since I came to Kyoto, I chose an obanzai set meal. Seasonal Kyoto vegetables and crocodile were gently seasoned, including soft simmered octopus, and they were delicious.

魚料理についてはこの辺りで随一の割烹料理屋。 昼は季節ごとに変わる3種のおすすめ定食と、それ以外の定番の定食20種類程度を出しており、いずれも価格は1000円以下。 魚介系の日替わりメニューをやっているときが特にお勧めで、春のメバルの煮つけや夏のハモ、冬の牡蠣フライなどが特に絶品で毎年必ず食べに行く。 なおこの店は味噌汁の出汁を定食の魚のアラで取っており、漬物も毎日品が変わる京漬物を出している。 この価格帯の定食を出す店で味噌汁や漬物の手を抜かずちゃんとしたものを出す店は非常に稀なのでとても有難い。

In addition, this shop takes the soup stock of miso soup with a set meal of fish ara, and also serves pickles that change every day. I am very grateful that there are very few shops that serve set meals in this price range that serve miso soup and pickles properly.

出汁が美味しいです。日本酒も豊富です。 ランチやアラカルトも美味しいけど、事前に予約していただく会席が最高です! 大将は一見無愛想だけど、口下手で職人気質なだけで、腕はたしかです(*^^*)
Dashi is delicious. Sake is also abundant. Lunch and a la carte are also delicious, but the kaiseki that you reserve in advance is the best! The admiral is seemingly unfriendly, but his skill is just that he's poor and skillful (* ^^ *)
