合掌村に入園して、地下道を通らないとたどり着けません。
入園料は、大人８００円子供４００円でした。
 It is a frog shrine.
You can enter the Gassho Village and go through the underpass.
The entrance fee was 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下呂温泉屈指のB級スポットとして有名な場所でしたが、街中にちゃんとした社殿が建ってからは寂しい感じになりましたね。
It was a famous place as one of the best B-class spots in Gero Onsen, but it made me feel lonely after the proper shrine was built in the city.

至る所にカエルのデザインのオブジェがあり、特にカエルののマンホールは可愛いらしいデザインでした。
I happened to stop by, but it was a small shrine.

灯籠の穴や手洗い場の水が出てくる場所もカエルです。
賽銭を入れるとメッセージが流れます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下呂温泉合掌村に隣接する歳時記の森に鎮座する神社。蛙を御本尊としており、狛犬代わりの｢狛蛙（こまがえる）｣や6匹の蛙の集合した石像｢迎蛙（むかえる）｣がユニーク。ご朱印は、近くの茶房｢萬古庵｣でいただける。
A shrine enshrined in the Saijiki Forest adjacent to Gero Onsen Gassho Village. The main idol is a frog, and the "Komagaeru" instead of a guardian dog and the stone statue "Mukaeru", which is a collection of six frogs, are unique. You can get the red stamp at the nearby teahouse "Mankoan".
