 About 5 minutes walk from Tsuruoka station. I visited for lunch and ordered a pasta set. Coffee and dessert are included for 1200 yen. It was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どのお料理も美味しかったです。パスタやオードブルも絶品でした。美味しかったので、2日連続で行ってしまいました。シェフが、良く研究されているのか、頼んだ料理が、イメージした以上のものを頂きました。カルボナーラも卵ソースというものではなく、ベーコンの香りや素材が美味しかったです。他のパスタも素材の味がよく出ていて、具も考えられてると思いました。日本酒やワインも種類がありました。
Every dish was delicious. The pasta and hors d'oeuvres were also excellent. It was delicious, so I went there for two days in a row. I wondered if the chef was studying well, and the food I asked for was more than I had imagined. Carbonara was not an egg sauce, but the aroma and ingredients of bacon were delicious. I thought that other pasta also had a good taste of the ingredients, and the ingredients were also considered. There were also types of sake and wine.

オススメですよと、言われランチを食べに。
こじんまりして良い雰囲気。
今日はアラカルトを特別にパスタセットできると聞き、
庄内ガサエビのトマトパスタを注文。
ビーツの色が鮮やかなサラダとビールを食べながら、パスタを待ちます。
濃厚なエビのソースとキャベツがたくさん入って量も多め。
皿の縁にはエビパウダーでデコレート。お腹いっぱいです。
デザートは、なんと春菊のシフォンケーキ。
春菊の香りと苦味がいいです。シェフ凄い。
お値段もリズナブルでちょっと心配になるほど。
ごちそうさまでした。また行きたい。
